The bath arrived with the back slightly bent to where it should be, which I suspect happened as it was delivered as the driver was on his own for what is clearly marked as a two person lift so he pretty much threw it off the van. However, the bend could be easily put back in shape. The Bath is easy to assemble and looks good. It is very convenient that the dog can simply walk up the ramp and is in ready to be washed after a muddy walk without having to lift. In general I am happy with the bath, with the one exception that it does not drain to the central plug hole very well despite the bath being level in all directions and checked with a spirit level which means after use you have to spend extra time moving the water towards the centre which means cleaning the bath after use takes longer. I would suggest that the creases in the bottom panel need to be increased to enable natural flow as opposed to the water pooling.

Lets start out by the rude delivery personal and the I have to take a half day off work in order to sign for this thing. That cost me around 400 dollars. Then the condition of it the stainless was marred and they tried to paint over it so it wasn't during shipping. My next order the delivery driver wanted me to take another half day off so I said to send it back

Hard ti gove it a rating when it came with missing parts and this company still has not responded in a week to fix it by sending the missing parts or even returning it im out the money with a usable product do not buy from this company.

We waiting for nearly 2 months and we never received the tub even after constant communication.

TERRIBLE. NEVER RECIEVED WASH STATION AN NOBODY AT VEVOR COULD GIVE ME ANY HELP FINALLY GOT REFUNDED AFTER ABOUT 10 emails
