ich habe eine Badewanne bei Ihnen gekauft. Leider ist mir aufgefallen, dass ein Teil bereits ab Werk falsch montiert wurde.

Customer service is horrible.
I would never never recommend anyone.buy products from this company.
Fighting to get our money back - they claim they can't return it to the original credit card, has to be sent through PayPal.

El sistema de la bañera es excelente pero la calidad del material deja que desear. Las ruedas de la puerta en menos de 1 mes han comenzado a oxidarse y el acero inoxidable de la bañera no es de buena calidad, queda manchado sin importar con qué lo limpie y aún tomando la precaución de secarlo todos los días.
En cuanto al envío, ha demorado más de lo esperado por la fecha de entrega al momento en que lo compré. Me han hecho una pequeña devolución por el retraso pero aún así no compensa el stress que he sufrido. El servicio post-venta ha sido excelente porque me han ofrecido soluciones, al presentarse este problema con la entrega, dentro de sus posibilidades.

Tub is not CSA approved and would not pass plumbing inspection unless we replace the drain and faucet for several hundred dollars more. Should be stated on the website. Now we have to send it back and order from elsewhere.

Stephanie Brabant 3 weeks and its rusted
Its been barley 3 weeks I have my eletric grooming bath hooked up and there is multiple rusted spots on ot already. Of its lile this after 3 weeks what will it look like im a year. For the price I paid i am very unsatisfied. It also doesnt properly drain and it makes so much noise and wobbles like crazy. I very unhappy and customer service sucks never anyone to help with the issue. I had to completely switch certain things on it because customer service doesn't help at all
