The door is not snug which means it rattles like non stop. I'm going to get some weather stripping to see if that does it. I wish the leads were height adjustable. Big dogs and small it is either too tight or too loose or can't be used at all, in which case I use one of my homemade ties. I wish it had the external loops to tie them to. There are some sharp edges to watch out for. I've cut myself a few times when I have a jumpy client. ALSO, the secondary drain catch doesnt seem to catch anything. It does overflow and make a huge mess every time i empty it.. it could be improved. On the plus side, I love it! It saves my back in a HUGE WAY! I love that I can adjust it to the perfect height every time, easily! It wasn't too difficult to assemble, though you do have to really pay attention. Be prepared to spend a few hours for assembly. Take your time to follow each step. Worth it!

It’s a good bathtub, but the inside floor was missing one water filter bench for the water filter board. Not very practical with two boards at different levels when you need to clean a big dog.

17:17 klacht beschadigd hondenbad verzoek voor tegemoetkoming Beste, Ik heb gisteren mijn VEVOR hondenbad ontvangen. Omdat ik gisteren geen hulp had, heb ik het bad vandaag pas kunnen uitpakken en monteren. Bij het uitpakken en tijdens het monteren heb ik vastgesteld dat het bad op verschillende plaatsen beschadigd is. Er zijn meerdere krassen en op verschillende plaatsen komt de coating los. Het gaat om meerdere beschadigingen, die duidelijk zichtbaar zijn op de foto's die ik heb genomen. Ik vind het jammer dat een nieuw hondenbad op deze manier wordt geleverd. Aangezien ik het bad inmiddels heb gemonteerd en het graag wil behouden, wil ik het niet retourneren. Ik vraag daarom om een passende financiële tegemoetkoming/gedeeltelijke terugbetaling voor de beschadigingen en het loslaten van de coating. In bijlage stuur ik verschillende foto's waarop de beschadigingen duidelijk te zien zijn. Ik hoor graag welk bedrag jullie als tegemoetkoming kunnen aanbieden. I have ordered this product twice and I wish I was able to write a review on the tub itself but I never received either order that I placed. I stayed home from work or two separate occasions and neither time received the item as promised. first time the item was supposedly destroyed in transit and didn’t get that one, took off work another day so I could accept the order and of course they couldn’t deliver that as promised either so to not having poeple or whatever. the real issue is VEVOR does not care wether or not you revive the item nor do they care about your inconvenience of taking off work not once but twice. They offered to give me a $30 credit for my inconvenience and thier inconsideration. I have ordered about 3k in the past month from Vevor but that didn’t matter either. They clearly do not value their customers so I would steer clear from ordering anything from them. we found almost this exact tub online using ChatGpt and it was $748. hopefully they are more considerat than Vevor but we shall see as I just placed that order last night. PS: Don’t waste your time calling customer service when you have an issue because they will not answer the phone even though I called repeatedly at least 10 times.

La vasca è strutturata male. Il pianale interno non è funzionale in quanto non fa la schiuma e fa restare il cane insaponato sulle zampe, inoltre il sifone di scarico non si trova in vendita da nessuna parte, non è compatibile con gli scarichi italiani e bisogna ricomprare a parte tutto il gruppo piletta con separatore di peli-sifone-scarico. Sono piuttosto deluso.

If I could have given this less than a one star rating, I would have. The item never showed up. It wasn't traceable. There's no accountability. Customer service is horrible. I would never never recommend anyone.buy products from this company. Fighting to get our money back - they claim they can't return it to the original credit card, has to be sent through PayPal.

El sistema de la bañera es excelente pero la calidad del material deja que desear. Las ruedas de la puerta en menos de 1 mes han comenzado a oxidarse y el acero inoxidable de la bañera no es de buena calidad, queda manchado sin importar con qué lo limpie y aún tomando la precaución de secarlo todos los días. En cuanto al envío, ha demorado más de lo esperado por la fecha de entrega al momento en que lo compré. Me han hecho una pequeña devolución por el retraso pero aún así no compensa el stress que he sufrido. El servicio post-venta ha sido excelente porque me han ofrecido soluciones, al presentarse este problema con la entrega, dentro de sus posibilidades.
