Love them, really no problem with them and installation was simple. Only thing I would suggest is a way to lock the shocks possibly? To be fair we were in a very windy place that had gusts up to 28 mph.

Like everyone else has mentioned, be aware of the tiny 1/2" flange included with this concession window. For an 8' x 4' window you need to be pretty precise with your rough opening for the flange to hit the structural material behind it (in my case, wood studs). I made my opening just shy of 3/8" wider and it was still a bit too much... I'd suggest a 48-1/4" x 96-1/4" rough opening for this window, no larger. The directions suggest for an 1" additional, which would leave you with a window that pops right through the RO. Otherwise, the quality seems good so far and it installed easily. We'll see how it does over a few seasons at the market.

VEVOR Concession Window 60x36 in was delivered to me with a big crack in it, after going back and forth Vervor finally sent a replacement window but that one also was delivered with crack in it. Most likely it happened during delivery (we were not home when it was delivered but saw the box was banged up with holes in the sides and we took pictures before we opened it) however I paid $457.83 for this window and cannot even use it. Vervor offered a fraction of the price $45 to get it fixed then $138 but that will not nearly cover the cost of fixing the window so it is usable. All I have right now are 2 broken windows from this company that I will eventually have to pay to dispose of and no window to install where I need it. So frustrating and disappointing at this point.

bought this window a few times,this time they must of put different shocks on it,so when you close it,its so strong the corners bend,i had to reinforce the corners,i told vevor about the shock situation ,but not sure if they corrected it...either way vevor took care of this situation i had ,and always responds and does the right thing quickly..

The unit operates as it should. The window came with pars separating and held together with caulk. I notified the customer service and was sent a link for a video to fix it myself. Also when ordering the window I chose the unit that had screens, however, it did not come with the order. I was informed this model does not come with screen. Why have the option? It’s installed and works but a little disappointed.

Auf einer transparenten Plexiglasscheibe von den zwei bestellten Fenstern sind mehrere Schuhabdrücke und auch große Kratzer. Da sieht man wieder die heutige Arbeitsmoral...... Die Fenster eher billig verarbeitet,erfüllen aber hoffentlich ihren Zweck.

There is not enough bracing on the frame causing it to flex and the corners to pop out of square. The shocks are to strong causing it to flex even with two hands spaced out. The shock mount was set to far in causing it to hit the gasket when it closes. The screws for the mounting plate were stripped out and loose. I installed it for a customer and ended up crediting her because the window was so poorly built. I usually have good luck with vevor but this product was sub par.

Han pasado 10 días estoy reclamando como que no he recibido la ventana. Me corre mucha prisa, diez días después no me dicen cuando la voy a recibir y sigue poniendo como que está entregada. Una vergüenza
