The walking canes are great. But they are are a little too short for my hight. I need a longer bottom section. (2). My hight is 5’-11”. Can you send (2) longer bottom extensions; or Will I have to purchase them. Thanks…..

Bonjour,
Cornelia LEUBA

koolaidkid11 They don't fold.

I purchased these forearm crutches specifically for travel because they were advertised as folding. Unfortunately, they do not fold as described, which defeats the purpose of buying them for travel. Disappointed that the product description was inaccurate. I’ll be returning them.

These are too tight around my forearms
Tried to contact customer service to see if there was an option to order a larger size and although they said they would get but to me in 48 hours it’s now been a week, customer service is lacking.
Now I’m wanting to get a refund but again no response.
2 attempts to contact customer service.

the cuffs that came on crutches only open 3 1/2 inches--can't get hand into them, and can't find any replacements

The cuffs for your arms flex quite a bit. You need to have a good, strong grip to use these. They are okay, but I prefer regular crutches.

If you're a taller person, say above 5'7" these crutches are not free. They feel well made but the fact that you cannot get them to adjust any higher is a real downfall.
