Do not waste your money! The heat press was so uneven, didn’t apply even pressure no matter the adjustments we did. Not stable, very wobbly and not secure. Customers service was horrible. I wanted to return the product and they fought only offering suggestions regardless the amount of times I told them what we’ve already done and tried, nothing the suggested wasn’t something we already tried. After all the back and forth and then not just setting up my return they offered me a refund of X amount and said to keep the product. Since it came with a cup and hat press I took the refund, but I would never suggest this to anyone. We ended up buying the HTVRONT automatic and it’s a godsend

Do not buy came used and is in terrible condition, the screws do not align. Came in pieces assumed it would have came already assemble screws are not fitting right can not assemble and came damaged. I’m begging for a refund

I trusted and sent money for an item that should have been easy to assemble and use. it is not. BUYER BEWARE!! VEVOR sold me a defective item- I am now a week behind on a project because of dealing with Tech Support that sends links to a Download you have to put on computer. It’s expected I am to take the main piece apart and repair. It’s crazy. They do respond to messages but you get nowhere. I tried uploading pics but they will not upload.

I'd love to put a good review out there but I never received it. I really had my heart set on this machine after researching several and finding the right one for me. I'm disappointed in how this was handled and am hoping it will eventually show up.

los materiales dejan mucho que desear, contando con que la base es de madera cosa que no he visto en mi vida y con esta maquina tengo 5, la manivela cuando la bajas no puedes soltarla por que se levanta sola, no se queda fija abajo, sube con fuerza por lo que podría golpear algo o alguien. por otra parte la plancha de calor no calienta por igual en toda la superficie o algo pasa que los dibujos salen con tonos irregulares. Intento devolver el producto y el servicio técnico echando balones fuera, el dinero ya me da igual. pero este producto no sirve.

Looks good, but it won’t heat up. None of the attachments work..Vevor service sucks and I can’t get help with it.

Didn't even last a year before it fell apart entirely after not much use. First the handles fell off and it was impossible to reattach those. Thenthe entire platen detached from the top handle. Absolute mess.

This machine is absolutely terrible. Do not buy it. It has quite literally fallen apart in my hands multiple times. The company refuses to replace it and tells me there are none to replace it with even though it shows in stock here on the website. They then gave me an option for refund to my PayPal (after MONTHS of arguing with them) and then did not do that but instead sent a refund to an account I no longer use. An absolutely ridiculous company to deal with and the machine is nothing but garbage. If you’ve already purchased it I wish you luck, it will fall apart. They kept sending me parts to replace and there is just no fixing it. I should add, no instructions came with anything I had to replace and at one point had to dismantle the entire machine including the heat plate only to find all the screws and bolts were completely stripped and was impossible to fix. After showing them this, they offered me a refund of $13. You read that right, $13 refund for this. How ridiculous.

I am disappointed with the VEVOR heat press machine. Assembly was challenging due to unclear instructions, and the machine lacks sturdiness—it wobbles when I move the handle from side to side. Additionally, I had to partially disassemble it, as it wasn’t correctly assembled at the factory, and then figure out how to fit the remaining parts myself. I could not attach a picture because I couldn't get the picture smaller than 2MB and I took the pictures from my cell phone. Wasted money. This is why I buy from Amazon, it's easy and free returns.

Specifically, it does not reach the necessary temperature, and this malfunction has resulted in the stickers not melting as expected and, in some cases, causing damage to the material by turning it yellow. Despite following all recommended steps, the machine’s inefficiency is causing significant loss and disruption to my work. I have previously requested a return and refund multiple times, but I have only received responses directing me to wait or suggesting I check the compatibility of materials. However, the issue here is not with the materials but with the machine’s faulty performance. My request is straightforward: I am seeking an immediate return and a full refund due to the machine's clear quality issues.
