RLST Hurricane ties will work

Frankly, I bought these hurricane ties to qualify for a larger coupon discount. I did need them soon but took advantage of the opportunity to get 5 more dollars knocked off. It's a win either way. They will allow the rafters to stay connected to the wall when we get the occasional 60 mph wind.

Robert Kesling Does not meet building code

Bought these in July for a project this fall. Now I find out they are not legal for use on a inhabited building in Michigan,and most other states as well. They need to meet building code regulations,by either being stamped,or at the very least come with documents that show they are approved,witch they are not.I believe they are of decent quality. But without paperwork, useless. They are legal for dog house's and chicken coups though. Oh, the screws need the same documents.
