Can’t use it. It’s not compatible with the type of ladder I have

I had a reasonable expectation that this would be fabricated from aluminum like my extension ladder and certainly not ridiculously heavy steel, rendering the ladder now unmanageable!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

I had difficulty with assembly as instructions are very sparse. I requested further information from Vevor and about 10 days later they sent me exactly the same instructions that are included with the product. Meanwhile I had worked it out. Very poor customer service though am quite happy with the item now that it is assembled.

Its weight is 5.5 lb. It is too heavy to use it on the top of my 30' long ladder.

Package came missing parts, instead of a $27 refund I had it reshipped. 14 days and it shows as delayed a half hour from my house. Customer service is email only and gets lost or in a foreign language. I would never order from vevor again. I get faster better service from Temu!!! But thought company would be faster, definitely NOT

The product is substantial, but is heavier than it needs to be. It makes ladder handling more difficult. Also, there is no flexibility, if the L-buckle does not fit the rung. Contacting manufacturer’s customer service was disappointing, basically you are on your own. I needed the L-buckles to be remachined to fit a popular well know ladder. Customer service was NO help!

Les u-locks ne sont pas compatibles avec les trous prévus à leur effet.

Didn't work on my regular extension ladder

I got this instead of adjustable design because I didn't like the way the adjustable model's width was not as wide as the simple model and it sticks out forward too much. I do like the adjustable model's easy to adjust knobs instead of simple model's nut and unnecessarily long bolt that was pain to put on and even more pain to remove if you have to adjust it. If you could put an easy to adjust knob on the simple design, it would be a sure-fire winner. Both simple and adjustable models need a revision in its design to work better.
