Good safety ladder stabilizer. Easy to put on and take off any ladder. Very adjustable and versatile. Used it to install a ceiling fan 6m high. Used on climbing on to roof and cleaning Eavestrough without damaging trough and it bring very secure and safe. The construction is very substantial solid aluminum. Definitely a safety item i should have bought earlier in life. Better late than never

I purchased this for my son who is a roof plumber, it was exactly what he needed and loved it. Its a good brand with options. I did extensive research to find the best available in Australia. The chinese copies are made from yak bones glue and aluminium looking paint I think, what ever they look cheap next to this. The rubber grips are great and they are what can save your life compared to the cheap ones which may end having less grip to the tiles.

J'avais besoin d'un appareil qui me permette de travailler en haut de ma façade que je rejointoyais. Le stabilisateur a facilité le travail au delà de mes attentes. en effet, la stabilité de l'échelle a été nettement améliorée, mais je pouvais en plus poser mon bac de chaud en haut. Par ailleurs, l'écartement par rapport d'une trentaine de centimètres par rapport au mur a grandement facilité mon travail. Le seul bémol que je mettrai, c'est le poids supplémentaire en haut de l'échelle qui la rendait délicate à déplacer (échelle de 9m). Mais malgré tout, c'est un rapport qualité prix excellent

I'm in the process of using the stabilizers on my extension ladder, which fully extended, becomes a little top heavy and more difficult to reposition while working. I guess that is the nature of the beast. However, it seems to me that the rubber feet should be mounted vertically, instead of horizontally, to allow the feet to adjust to the plane of the surface that they are resting on, be it the side of the house or a roof. I'm resting the ladder against the side of the house, so as it is now conceived and positioned, the feet rest only on their edges and not on the flat surface. It's like standing on the outside edge of our foot instead of flat on your soles. Maybe there is a reason for this construction, but I'm not aware of it.

Great, easy to use.

Der Stabilisator ist nichts, was man mal kurz dranbaut. Am besten, man nimmt eine Leiter, an der das Teil dran bleiben kann. Das Gewicht macht die Leiter doch ganz schön kopflastig, was das Aufstellen etwas erschwert. Ich habe sie Leiter in der Dachrinne eingehängt, um ein Balkonkraftwerk auf dem Dach zu montieren. Der Stabilisator gibt der Leiter wirklich einen guten Halt und damit Sicherheit. Beim Zurücksteigen vom Dach auf die Leiter muss man etwas vorsichtig sein, da der Stabilisator ja an der Sprosse befestigt ist. Alles in allem bin ich zufrieden und diese Investition war mir meine Sicherheit wert.
