It came covered in battery acid from the bad batteries in the product. That is battery acid corroding the high low switch where the batteries and charging plug are at.

It broke the third time i used it. Very hard to talk to someone about problems>

I bought this sprayer exactly 13 months ago. I used it probably 6-7 times last year was a great backpack for the price. This year I used it once and then the second time I turned it on and it just whines. I Pulled it apart and the motor is froze up. Just out of the one year warranty. Parts are not available of course

I was very excited about buying a new sprayer. Until I open the box and put it together. I charged the battery overnight. The handle doesn't stay on no matter how tight you tighten the handle keeps coming off. After putting it all together. I put a gallon of water in the tank to test it out. After turning on the power and the PSI power. The battery turned on and I squeezed the wand no water came out. So I disconnected the hose from the machine and turned it back on and no water came out. So I contacted customer service and all got is a run around with their AI virtual service junk. I do not recommend buying anything from this company. I asked to speak to a live person and they told me their pho e service is down. So I left them my phone number and I still haven't received a call back.

This is the worst company on the internet! NEVER ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered a sprayer and they gave me a delivery date. Thank god when it never came I disputed it with my credit card company. I tried reaching any kind of customer support and it is non existent! Yet they are still sending me marketing ads on Facebook despite trying to turn them off.!!! Absolute scammers!!!!!!’

Useless on day 1. Wand leaked so much it was unusable. Contacted support, but it took two weeks to get a reply. Now two weeks later I still don't have a replacement wand. I want a refund!

Seems to be a good product only one problem had parts missing

After less than a year the hose is leaking so bad you can’t use it!

When I got the sprayer the battery leaked and ruined the power knob. Okay, products get damaged. But, Vevor has the WORST customer service of any company I ever dealt with. First, they have no phone number, everything is done by email. I submitted their return claim which they ignored for 4 days. It wasn't until I filed a complaint with PayPal that I heard anything back and then they offered me a fraction of my money back for a useless sprayer. Seriously, what reputable company would do that? Finally after six days, six days of contacting them daily did they finally refund my money. Do not buy anything from Vevor, it is a scam.

Do not buy, would not recommend,it came used,was wet with something, corrosion around where the hose goes,no charger,and box was damaged,only offering $24 back,we gave $120 with tax
