This was not able to charge and contact vevor and advised to wait 48 hrs. Been a few days and have not heard back

This is the second backpack spray we have purchased, and this one barley made it 30 days Products seem to make it just pass warranty and they break; we are done buying from VEVOR

The sprayer seems to work ok but there are two things that make this a washout and not worth buying. One is the telescopic wand and the attachments that go with it. It leaks badly and can't be adjusted so it could never be used. Secondly the cart is a joke. The wheels are so small they can't even jump over a hose on the ground. The handle falls apart as it is a simple friction fit that isn't strong enough for the weight of the sprayer tank when full. It has to be taped up tightly or it just falls apart. The cart is not well-thought out and is essentially an engineering mistake...

Bought….it worked 3 times and now will not charge! Battery’s last for a very short time…maybe a year! Cheap Chinese junk!

The loop cart handle will not stay attached when the tank has more than 3 gallons in it, The sprayer handle leaks in the center, customer service is A.I. and completely useless, and forget about calling you can't get through. even trying to return it is futile

Very disappointed. It arrived and had a leak. Contacted VEVOR customer support on the 8th of June and still have no fix for this issue and it is now June 18th. All I asked for was either a unit that works or a refund and they are giving me the run around. I still have not heard from them again, it’s been 4 days now!! I have no idea if this unit is decent or not. Cannot rate the unit as it doesn’t work.

Pas mal mis après 1h d'utilisation le tube de la rallonge se perce à plusieurs endroits !! Signalé chez vevor qui dès le lendemain m'ont fait parvenir un nouveau pulvérisateur complet. Il me suffisait d'un nouveau tube mais bon bravo quand même Le problème a réapparu sur le même tube .. Pas fait de réclamation ce coup là

Je suis assez content du produit mais extrêmement déçu du service client J’ai perdu le câble de recharge du pulvérisateur J’ai donc écrit à plusieurs reprise au service client ou plutôt au chatbot car personne ne répond Aucun suivi de la part du sav C’est la dernière fois que je commande chez eux C’est pas cher mais on comprend pourquoi ..

Bonjour, je m’aperçois que le produit que j’ai acheté ne correspond pas du tout à la vidéo YouTube où j’ai commandé via ce lien, il n’y a pas la gâchette type Karcher, pas de notice en français et très mal expliqué ça fuit de partout la batterie n’est pas amovible. Le produit en lui-même me paraît chip. Je suis très déçu de ce produit.
