I pulled this sprayer out of the box, the battery door opened, and the battery fell out and became disconnected from the internal electronics. Never used and broken. This is my first disappointment with vevor and I was looking forward to using this.

I purchased this because of all the good reviews, I used it to do my driveway last fall and now I filled it up after charging overnight, and made one pump noise and then stopped. I don't know if it's the battery or if the pump is seized, I don't see where I can get any kind of service. This seems to hold true for a lot of your products, one and done. If it seems too good to be true, definitely is, China is not interested in quality products. You got my money, don't expect anymore, I will buy tools from reputable sources. 25032900977414536163

Ordered it and waited and waited and waited… I never came on when I contacted Vevor all they could do was tell to wait it’s coming. It never did show, they couldn’t explain why, and by the time the refund came they were out of stock . Not Happy the way customer support treated the delivery issue.

This is not the highest of quality by no means, assembled it and had to take the lower unit off to tighten up all the internal hoses, they all were only were put on and never tightened. Messaged vevor customer service and was not happy with their response

Bad Product, Bad Customer Support. Item came with missing parts. It died within 2 seconds of testing. So far customer support has been little to no help. I'm asking for a simple return. It took 4 days for there first and only respoinse. Vevor is making unreasonable offers for me to keep this broken machine and take a pittance of a partial refund. What type of company works this way! Your site says customer satisfaction is there priority. That seems to be a lie! SEND ME A RETURN MERCHANDISE TICKET LIKE I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR THE BETTER PART OF A WEEK!

The wand handle leaks out the valve which is factory sealed fresh out of the box. Try contacting vevor no phone number the chat live is not live no response for a day no help. Trying to get return authorized get no response . Will never buy anything again from vevor! Install manual is very poorly written.

This is 2nd purchase of this sprayer. 1st one worked and is working really well. This latest purchase has a crack in the pump system. It leaks!, This 2nd purchase seems like a real knockoff. Sent info w/video to customer service on 3 July have not heard back from them yet.

I used it one time then 2 weeks later went to use again and battery wont charge

Pump motor runs but want pump anything. I requested a refund or replacement received an automatic response email stating they would respond within 48 hours. It's been 5 days now and still no response.

Don’t purchase absolutely garbage the handle won’t stay on and the wand attachment that slides on the side of the sprayer won’t hold the wand
