Very disappointed in this company and the customer service. It states that they have a 30 day guarantee at the bottom of their website..what a joke! This sprayer checked all the boxes i was looking for. It worked at best spraying less then 3 gallons before it stopped working properly. I have tried to contact customer service for 2 weeks, jumping through hoops, I can't get anyone to pick up when I have called. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would not recommend this company to anyone. Todd Lee

The battery charges continuously but never reaches full capacity (it has been charging for over 12 hours). Furthermore, the battery gets very hot; this condition poses a risk of fire or explosion—making it extremely dangerous.

No pulverizador no suelta liquido. Envío video al servicio técnico. Me dicen que es el potenciómetro y que me envían pieza de repuesto. Han pasado 17 días y no tengo noticias de la pieza de repuesto. Muchos correos, algunos confusos y en otro idioma. Me entero que dan por solucionado el problema. Vuelvo a escribirles pidiendo por favor que me envíen la pieza de repuesto.
