I received the plucker a day late. Ups is a horrible shipping company and when I received it the box looks like it was kicked off the truck a few times. Good thing nothing was damaged. The reviews won't let me add the photos.

Like the plucker however it came damaged. All four sides of the base are dented.

Très belle et bonne machine, mais elle est arrivée avec les branchements électriques qui n'étaient pas raccordés... Par chance mon conjoint s'y connait en électricité et a pu brancher le tout!

Arrivé abîmé qualité vraiment pas à la hauteur de VEVOR . Le SAV a été top m’a remboursé une partie..

Used it a couple of times, and it does the job correctly and works pretty good. It was definitely damaged while being shipped though so I don't know if it was fedex's fault or vevors fault.

Elle est sale et toute bossé vraiment je suis pas certaine qu'elle est neuve. Je vais la brancher et voir. Les pines de la prise électrique sont croches.Le moteur tourne, reste à essayer vraiment.

The item showed up damaged to the outside panels. I contacted Vevor and their customer service was responsive. Vevor gave me a partial credit to offset the damage as they did not have a replacement in stock. I was a little surprised when the spinning plate and bearing housing is made from Plastic. I assumed that the spinning plate was Stainless steal and the the bearing housing would be metal. This is not a commercial quality machine but works great for a small size hobby farm that processes a limited amount of birds. We have only processed chicken. Works better with 2 or 3 birds in it then one at a time.

The plug was garbage. I had to cut it off and put a new one on. It said it was supposed to come with the water attachment but didn't. I can only fit 2 chickens in not 4 to 5. It does a great job of plucking 45 seconds and done

The product seems good, but the packaging was poor, and it arrived damaged with a large hole that made it unusable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend it.

absolutely junk. no support from VEVOR. DO NOT BUY. I set it up turned it on and it worked fine. so I stated processing my birds and I put the first one in and it stalled out quit turning I pulled the bird out and it started spinning again. I drop the bird in and it quit and will not restart. unit is junk and VEVOR will not do anything to help.
