Premier essai. Bonne plumeuse pour particulier. Une fois le poulet trempé à 65° la plumeuse enlève 98% des plumes. Elle demande juste un nettoyage tout les 3 poulet. J ai fais des poulets entre 2,5 et 3 kg 1 par1. Je recommande.

Bought it to pluck chickens and it started off great. After the 4th chicken, it stopped working. Cleaned it and tried again and still doesn't work. Power was going to it, tried the reset but nothing..I will be returning it. I ended up doing the rest by hand. Im willing to try a replacement to give it another go.

Well, this has been an absolute disaster. Ordered, was delivered only after I reached out to customer service 2 days after "shipping" and tracking being nonexistent. Delivered the next day, which great on that account. However, because of that glitch, my plans had to pivot as far as when id be able to process. A bit of time goes by, and its finally the day. Great. Do what needs to be done after putting it all together, its finally fo time. Plugged in, flip switch, andddd... nothing. Try a second plug aaaand... still nothing. Call customer service where 5 days later, I still dont think my complaint has even been read as im getting generic "our team is looking into it" messages, nothing that seems to be a real person since the initial customer service rep, who was actually very nice. I am usually not the person who leaves reviews in general, but I am beyond fed up with what is now a debacle thats lasted nearly a month, after all is said and done.

It works!

I put it together and tried the motor. I immediately contacted customer service who told me they would have a solution in 48 hours. That time passed and they said another 24 hours and they will have an answer. I just either want a new motor or a refund. I was supposed to use it in 4 days but it's not looking like it will happen now. Still waiting

Je ne comprends pas, cette plumeuse ne plume pas du tout. Je pense que la matière des doigts n'est pas assez adhérente. J'ai testé plusieurs fois, poulets trempés longtemps, les plumes partaient toutes seules a la main, mais dans la plumeuse , RIEN ne part! J'espère obtenir de l'aide au SAV !!!

Une belle machine qui ne fonctionne pas ..... impossible de plumer une poule (même ébouillanter), une belle arnaque, passez votre chemin ou alors achetez une poule chez le boucher déjà plumé pour faire une belle vidéo.
