Very nicely made piece of equipment, but I’m so bummed. It’s too heavy for me to push. I thought it was going to be something lightweight with adjustable tension so that I could push over my gravel driveway to get the leaves up instead of raking, but it picks the gravel up too so I purchased for nothing

I little resistant to push but dose what it says it’ll do.

I’m not very happy with this lawn sweeper. I’ve tried so many adjustments thinking perhaps I just didn’t have it set correctly. I’ve also thought that maybe it’s the type of leaves I have (Texas Live Oak) that cause it to not pick up very well. I was so hopeful that I wasn’t going to have to rake and scoop up the leaves this year, but going over and over the pathway to pick up the leaves is a waste of time. The sweeper is a nice quality and seems to be well made though.

It is hard to push until you get it set right. Sometimes difficult to empty the grass if you get it to full. But, it works with a little adjusting.

It works great. It can be one hell of a work out. Also the cross bar at the to for the basket needs a better way to secure during use.

The unit is very hard to push, the bristles seem to wear out or bend easily, and does not pick up crab apples from the lawn. I am going to try it when the leaves fall but not holding out hope.

*I purchased mine from Vevor's website. I really wanted to like this product—the idea behind it is great, and the installation process was very straightforward and easy, which I appreciated. However, after putting it to use, several issues became clear that ultimately make it unsuitable for my needs. I usedit mainly for grass clippings. 👍What I Liked: -Simple Assembly: Out of the box, setup was quick and intuitive. The instructions were clear enough, and I had it put together in no time. -Compact Size: Its 26-inch width is ideal for small to medium lawns without being too bulky to store. 👎 What I Didn’t Like: -Flimsy Rod End Caps: The plastic tips on the rods that support the collection bag are very flimsy. They’re just pressed in—not securely fastened—and one of mine popped off and got lost during installation. For a key structural piece, this was disappointing. -Uncomfortable Handle: The handle is quite thin and lacks any sort of rubber or foam cushioning. After just one round of use, I had noticeable hand discomfort, and I could easily see someone getting blisters after extended use. -Performance on Sloped or Fine Grass Lawns: This sweeper might work reasonably well on a flat lawn with coarse grass. However, my yard is sloped and covered in Zoysia grass, a dense, fine-bladed, golf-course-like turf. Even at the highest height setting, pushing the sweeper across this surface was extremely difficult. It felt more like a workout machine than a lawn care tool. The resistance was too much for practical use, especially for anyone looking for convenience. ⚖ Final Thoughts: While the concept is excellent and the sweeper may perform well in certain conditions—namely flat lawns with coarser grass types—it simply isn’t suitable for my yard or needs. The build quality and ergonomic design could use improvement, especially in the handle and hardware fittings. If you have a sloped lawn or fine grass like Zoysia, I would recommend looking for something else.

There are pros to this lawn sweeper as well as several cons. The pros include: it is a very reasonable price and it will definitely pick up leaves. As for the cons; the collection bag is fairly small, so if you are doing a lawn with an even coating on leaves on it you will be emptying the bag approximately every 40 feet. Keeping in mind it removes leaves from a 20 inch swath. If you are using the paper leaf bags it's a pain to empty the sweeper bag into these bags. You end up spilling lots of leaves on the ground. The narrowed end of the big is just too large for the bags. As other reviews have noted, if you have any sort of depressions in your lawn (and who doesn't), the sweeper will go right over them and not pick the leaves up. I have also learned that you don't sweep your lawn with any sort of wind outside because the leaves will get blown away as the sweeper kicks them up into the bag. This sweeper is best suited to be used with a light coating of leaves on the lawn. It does pick most leaves up, but in situations of a heavy coating of leaves, it will drive you crazy emptying the bag every 30 seconds.

The sweeper is for smaller yard with very little debris. It is a little difficult to push around.
