I was disappointed in the use of this item in grass not as low as shown in the advertisement. It is extremely hard to push through anything more than grass cut too low.

Haven’t used yet and looking forward to first time and there after

I love the concept of this lawn sweeper. It seems like it should be perfect for my need - I live in an HOA community that includes weekly grass mowing. The sweeper works well enough - it seems to pick up a lot of the grass clippings where I can push it, but it is VERY difficult to push despite putting the unit on the "high" setting. Overall, I'm not sorry I bought it but I probably wouldn't buy it again. My neighbors have all given mine a try and aren't planning to buy their own, and haven't asked to borrow again.

Honestly it isnt easy to use and does not pick up what I need it to. Raking works much better for me. Disappointed in it.

Had this product for a couple of months now. This does not pick up the debrie as described. All it does is brush it around. The net it comes with to catch the debris falls easily when in use.

Too big and heavy for me. Thought I was buying smaller one. For younger stronger people. Very bulky for me. Didn't work on uneven grass. Takes lot of storage space due to being so big and wide even when folded. Have tried returning for smaller size. Got reply but they needing more info. Looks like I maybe stuck with it

I purchased the 21" Lawn Sweeper late fall of 2025. By the time I received the sweeper I had manually raked my yard. I used it late March of 2026 to pick up small branches and leaves but it failed to do the job. The concept of this item is great while you are on a complete flat surface. The plastic wheels get stuck an awful lot. I contacted customer service April 10, 2026 and we have just been going back and forth. At one point it appeared the wheels could be swapped out and they offered compensation so I could do it on my own. I requested instructions and was told "No the wheels could not be changed out". I think their customer service is not in the states, as the email responses generally take 24hrs. Although they are responsive, you are just going around in circles for weeks. I would not recommend this sweeper.

The quality of the Sweeper is not great. Feels cheap to the touch. The device to lock the height constantly comes undone causing you to have to stop mid push frequently. Also, if your lawn isn't flat with no bumps DO NOT PURCHASE. This makes it extremely difficult to push and often miss the grass blades because the surface is uneven. Very disappointed in how much I paid for the quality in this item. Im looking to GIVE AWAY for free this tool.

Received this item with damage to box Opened the package and there was a hole in the collection bag on the bottom of the bag. Have asked for a replacement and this co.pany asks for all types of information. They should already know the order number. I have waited patiently and still ..no replacement. Because of this, I will not be buying anything from them again. I will simply put duct tape on the bottom of the bag....but definitely should not have to

Does not work as easy as advertised very difficult to use
