I have tried this several times to get it to work and it doesn't I fill the hose with water then attach hose to cleaner drop it down then attach to skimmer the thing just sits there doesn't move at all then when you try to return it you have a hard time I just bought this last week

Don't buy it unless you have a pump higher than .33hp

Doesn’t work at all. Just sits in one place.

It would just drive in circles an when I complained they wanted a video which I didn't know how to download then when I finally had my daughter help me they said they couldn't do anything for me so don't buy this pool cleaner it's junk

Absolute piece of garbage!

I was really hoping for the best but unfortunately it was a huge let down. Getting it to go was frustrating! And when it did, it wasn't the best cleaner. This was my experience I hope that yours is better. I would recommend it for light duty cleaning.

Standard above ground pool pumps will not be strong enough for this product, read the fine print. I had to cover one of my pumps suction inlets to get it to even move. Product also stated it would not leave black streaks, also not true. It got stuck on the protective mat that is under my stairs, at the bottom of my pool, and I now have two black marks on the mat. Did not work in my 18' pool as I expected/anticipated it would.

Not as described does not climb the walls the suction power is terrible. Don’t waste your time and money. That’s what you get for the price.

Cheap product

Support was good. But this cleaner will just not work with my pool. Was told that the pool is an irregular shape. 10 mins in and it gets stuck at a small step. Went with a standard vacuum.
