Try to get some type of tech support really poor customer service looks like language barrier
Plus answer from email said they don have replacement parts makes the tool totally unreliable and discardable

The set arrived with skimmers loose in case no protection on the blades. The 24” and 32” blades had dings in them making them useless for their intended application. Contacted customer support and was told 51 hours ago that someone would provide a detailed update within 48 hours. Disappointed in the product. More disappointed in Vevor’s lack in customer care.

You get what you pay for. The blades have imperfections leaving lines in the skimming process. Not something a professional would want. One corner has a bend in it.

Robert Received the wrong item, never received the order I placed

Vevor has been incredibly frustrating regarding this order. The company sent me the wrong product and made me jump through hoops to verify that they made an error (9 messages each between us). They finally admitted that they made an error, then, rather than sending the correct item, they suggested that I place a new order before they refunded my purchase. The original order for the item which was placedover 30 days ago. I don't know whether the refund is coming or not. It's hard to trust a process that is so broken. What a nightmare!!!
