The sound bar would not work with my TV and tried to return it but the company gave me trouble in trying to do so. Wanted video of the unit not working and sorry I'm just not that techy and couldn't provide one so they just closed my return and now I'm stuck with a item I can't use. Hate a company that won't take items back without fuss. I'll be sticking with companies I know that take returns as they advertise without extra issues since I rarely make returns on any items I purchase.

Poor sound and volume

It doesnt sound well and it is not very loud either. Speakers already sound like they blew out. I have put it back in the box and am awaiting return instructions.
