Have not actually lifted anything yet. Assembled the product to ascertain that it worked and it looks sturdy and functional. Good bang for the buck

Ethan Chandler Good product not great for 8’ ceiling
Giallo 4877 mm
The product itself is good and the overall quality is decent. The release wheel isn’t great, but it is functional and gets the job done.
***BUYER BEWARE: If you’re working with 8’ ceilings, I would NOT recommend the 16’ model. It is extremely difficult to use because you cannot load the drywall close to the ground. You have to lift the sheet more than 7’ off the ground while keeping it basically parallel to the floor. There simply isn’t enough clearance to side-load the drywall and then rotate it into position.
I really wish I had purchased the 11’ model instead. For standard 8’ ceilings, I think it would be much easier and more practical to use. If you are doing vaulted ceilings would work great.***

Charles Great lift, manufacturing/Quality problem.
Giallo 3353 mm
Just Received the lift. Ordering was easy, price is good and shipping was very fast. Only one problem, when I tried to extend the lift, it would only extend half way and then lock up. after looking it over and assessing the situation, I found the cable was on the wrong side of the pully on the middle extension section. After moving the cable to the other side lift works perfect. I think the rotating lifting handle is now slightly bent from the pressure I put on it trying to get to go up thinking it was just stuck. The rotating handle mount is not bent enough to affect operation.
