Overall good has more power than my Stihl br450, but having a hard time getting through anyone on getting a replacement recoil pull start assembly sent to me under warranty. The recoil pull start assembly failed. Just need a new assembly sent to me. The item is to new to purchase parts anywhere. Nobody has parts yet for the unit. the customer service needs a phone system and more friendly user improvement on getting help. Can't get ahold of nobody besides the text in the app.

Powerful blower. Easy to use. Issue is the recoil/starter assembly. This thing broke after second use. Metal is cheap. Finding a replacement is a pain. Ordered one and didn’t fit. Chatted with customer service and marked my ticket as “pending” no issues. YES, there is an issue. I have a blower that I can’t start. Save yourself the headache and just spend the money on a brand that won’t have this issue.

For the most part it’s fine. Some parts seem cheaply made but that’s why it’s half price. Homeowners only!!!

Was hoping it would be equivalent to the Stihl. It’s not but still a great deal. Just doesn’t have the wind power for its size.

Difficult to start. The gas tank is small, so you'll be filling it often.
