Never received it

The price seemed great but I cannot get it to start. The motor is on dampers so whenever I pull to start the dampers move and it pulls the fuel lines out of the motor. Seems like a poor design.

This product will not run properly. After less then a few uses it started running hot. If I can get it to start it will only run for a few minutes. But now it won’t even starts. No one will respond on how to fix it, if I can get a refund or anything. Do Not Purchase if you think it might have issues cause you won’t get your money back

It takes forever for those blower to start. I have to pull the rope 40 or more times to get it to run. After it is running don't even think about letting it idle because it won't. It will shut off if it idles and then you can forget starting it back up. Do not.buy this blower.

When you first start it it works great. When you shut it down to refill the fuel it won’t start until it cools down. Then will start again. Emailed and asked if there was something they could do about it and never heard back from them.

Broke the first time I used it. It's repairable but where can you get Parts?

Used the blower twice. Very strong, but the pull starter broke on the 3rd use and I cannot get any support from Vevor. The keep telling me that its been escalated and then try to close the ticket. NO LIVE SUPPORT! I cannot recommend this product at this time due to product failure and no support.

Good machine for the money however, I filled up with fuel started it and blew my leaves as expected, when I walked back down the garden I noticed 2 bolts on the floor! I picked them up and saw both bolts had aluminium casing in the threads! They have obviously been over tightened in manufacture and the threads stripped causing them to vibrate loose! I found their place, the top 2 bolts in the recoil starter mechanism! I have put threadlock on them but there is nothing in the case to tighten it to so it is only held in by the bottom 2 bolts. I cannot return it as it has petrol in the tank! How can this problem be rectified please?

Overall good has more power than my Stihl br450, but having a hard time getting through anyone on getting a replacement recoil pull start assembly sent to me under warranty. The recoil pull start assembly failed. Just need a new assembly sent to me. The item is to new to purchase parts anywhere. Nobody has parts yet for the unit. the customer service needs a phone system and more friendly user improvement on getting help. Can't get ahold of nobody besides the text in the app.

Powerful blower. Easy to use. Issue is the recoil/starter assembly. This thing broke after second use. Metal is cheap. Finding a replacement is a pain. Ordered one and didn’t fit. Chatted with customer service and marked my ticket as “pending” no issues. YES, there is an issue. I have a blower that I can’t start. Save yourself the headache and just spend the money on a brand that won’t have this issue.
