I received the product, but unfortunately it is defective and does not work at all. I followed the instructions carefully and tested it multiple times, but the blower will not operate properly. Because the item is faulty and unusable, I would like to request a full refund as soon as possible. The product cannot be used for its intended purpose, and I am very disappointed with its condition upon arrival. Please process my refund immediately and provide instructions for returning the defective item if necessary. I look forward to your prompt response and a quick resolution.

Delivered broken and tried talking with customer service about an exchange. At the time I explained since the shipping was damaged I rejected the package so it can be sent back. Customer service was worthless. I wanted to exchange it for another, Instead they drug their feet and told me they would issue a refund and I can keep the broken blower fan. But I already returned it, not to mention, it is broken. What do I do with a broken blower fan? Customer service was bad enough to make me reconsider ordering again in the future. Too much money to be gambling on poor shipment and customer service.
