Love the design of this tank. Conical design allows you to drop the the yeast out of the bottom and go straight into secondary without racking into another carboy. Only problem is have with it is the temperature probe stick out so far into the tank. If your stirring solid fruit in a steeping bag, it feels like its going to rip the bag open. Otherwise, I'll probably get the 8 gallon version of this at some time. Great tank at half the price of comparable models.

This is a great fermenter. It’s well built and the conical design makes it easy to prep your mash for distilling. The two spigots, one at the bottom and one at the beginning of the cone makes it easy to get rid of any solids and keep the liquid. The price point is well below what I would expect to pay for a similar product.
