Works great on washing autos - no water spots.

My 1st impression is that the build quality is outstanding. Very solid unit and neoprene outer sleeve is very nice. The unit came with filter and DI beads already installed. All I had to do was connect the fittings. Based on other user reviews, I used plastic quick connects vs the provided brass ones. Now for the best part . . . My water in south Texas is 344 ppm. This unit brought that down to 0.00 ppm with zero leakage! I would highly recommend this to DIYers and professional detailers. At 1/2 the price of comparable units, you can't go wrong. This is the second product I have purchased from VEVOR and I am very impressed.

Ok I didn't expect it to be massive! This thing is almost the size of a scuba tank but wider. Comes nicely packed and almost ready to. Install the fittings on both side and don't forget to put the handle on. Connected to a water hose and open the water flow really low as it's recommended for max flow of 3 gpm. Let it flow for 5 minutes and then checked the TDS and was surprised to see 0 TDS. I got the unit with the bypass valve and the manual doesn't say anything about some other stops on the valve like backwash and quick rinse but I put the valve on those setting and it didn't flow any water so I assume that it's just bypass and filtered. Remenber to use the bypass setting for washing the car and initial rinse, after that switch the valve to rinse for the final rinse and your filter will last you a longer time!

Easy to use and works flawlessly! Had a small issue with my handle breaking, but it was quickly resolved with their support team! Highly recommend!

le filtre est top, fonctionne parfaitement avec une bonne qualité à la sortie mais les raccords fournis sont de piètre qualité, j’ai du en racheter des solide avec 2 vannes pour le transport et un compteur numérique pour savoir la quantité filtrée

The product is advertised as a 10L water filter yet the container is only filled 3/4 of the way with resin beads making it a 7.5L resin filter. Very deceptive marketing and advertising. When water filter resin containers are filled they are supposed to be filled to the neck of the bottle to operate as specified. This device does not operate properly due to the missing resin. Although the filter did lower my TDS readings it did not achieve the close to zero levels as hoped. Contacted customer service explaining the situation and they dismissed the situation claiming it was filled properly. Obviously they're not aware how these devices are suppose to be filled to operate correctly. When not filled completely water will not filter adequately to eliminate water spots. Very disappointed with the product but more so how their customer service team handled the situation. This is very disappointing as this is my first purchase from Vevor and will be my last due to the product quality and lack of customer support.

I've never received it. I've been trying to get it for over a month now. I continue to get emails and no answers.

I set high expectations and was excited to use this water system for my detailing business, but it didn't even filter anywhere close to spot-free water. It didn't do what was advertised and arrived three days late. I do enjoy the structure and build quality of the water tank itself, but the resin held it back from its full potential.

Thing is a piece of shit. Sprays resin out of the hose. Need to return
