No enciende. Un làstima. El sistema funciona como se espera y mantiene bien la temperatura. Los accesorios que incluye son bastante útiles

I have a ticket in with customer service about a couple of issues.. 1 is you can’t see the gallon amount when the basket is up to sparge the grains.. the other issue is the water level goes up above the center of the rack post when adding the grains which then go below the false bottom.

Steven verc Low Quality kettle, even lower support

I bought the kettle and was able to use it three times. During the fourth brewing there was a technical malfunctioning causing the thermostate to burn, rendering the kettle unusable.
Even though I know things van malfunction, I expect a certain level of service. I let Vevor know that this problem occurred, the told me they would look into the problem, and that was it. No further reaction, no solution to my problem, ... I really regret this and hoped for a solution, but there's only silence, deafening silence.
Be advised that the kettle is not of the highest quality - to je used 3 times - but keep in mind that service after sales is really non-existent.

You sent me a completely defective product that produces rust instead of beer. When I requested a replacement, you responded twice with a minimal compensation offer. After I refused the compensation and clearly requested either a full refund or a proper replacement, you closed the ticket as if the issue had been resolved. This behavior is unacceptable.

Выключается каждую минуту, вероятно сломан термостат. Кусок дерьма. Не рекомендую никому, лучше выберите любую другую фирму, чем это китайское дерьмо.

Item was apparently lost in shipping though I have my doubts and suspect a supply chain failure. Weeks later, still waiting for my refund. Hugely unsatisfactory and zero compensation for all the hassle...

Aaron Brew system long term review
This worked good for 1 year and a half. It has started to leak from the bottom and is no longer usable. If you need it for short term this is for you. The grain basket did not have enough drainage for the grains. It was convenient for brewing but quality is not that good.
