J'ai commandé cette cuve qui m'a été livré en moins d'une semaine. emballage parfait, mais matériel incomplet. C'est dommage. Après de nombreux échange avec le service après vente, j'ai reçu la pièce au bout d'un mois. Il ne me reste plus qu'à tester le matériel : j'espère qu'il fonctionne.

Haven't used it yet. I had to get conical fermenter. This 9.3 gallon brewer does everything but ferment. I will b using it ASAP wen I get brew kit. Price was rite quality is awesome.ill b writing another review wen I use it.

Reçu avec un enfoncement sur la cuve malgré un excellent emballage, ce qui laisse à penser qu'il à été emballé" ainsi . pas de notice en Français, hors la loi française est très claire sur ce sujet https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/loda/id/LEGITEXT000005616341 après la 1ere utilisation uniquement avec de l'eau pour tester la machine, un dépôt style oxydation c'est formé sur le fond de la cuve, il a fallut gratter pour le retirer. la même chose est revenue après le 1er brassage, ça commence à être inquiétant ! c'est dommage, car une fois le fonctionnement compris c'est assez sympa à utiliser

Good grain brewing. basket was a unique design and much easier to clean than other baskets. Nice Hops basket addition. Instruction manual was close to worthless. Still having problems understanding the control panel after 2 brews. With some more instruction that could be made easier. Perhaps if it was written by an English speaker who actually has used the product. Reports of sharp corners are overstated. Hard/impossible to see the total water level during sparge. Overall pleased with the purchase.

Hi, my equipment doesn't get up to 100°C, I have to wait more than 60 mins and it just mark 91,6°C with 1800 watts on its maximum. How it is possible? I just made 20 lts of beer.

No enciende. Un làstima. El sistema funciona como se espera y mantiene bien la temperatura. Los accesorios que incluye son bastante útiles

I have a ticket in with customer service about a couple of issues.. 1 is you can’t see the gallon amount when the basket is up to sparge the grains.. the other issue is the water level goes up above the center of the rack post when adding the grains which then go below the false bottom.

I bought the kettle and was able to use it three times. During the fourth brewing there was a technical malfunctioning causing the thermostate to burn, rendering the kettle unusable. Even though I know things van malfunction, I expect a certain level of service. I let Vevor know that this problem occurred, the told me they would look into the problem, and that was it. No further reaction, no solution to my problem, ... I really regret this and hoped for a solution, but there's only silence, deafening silence. Be advised that the kettle is not of the highest quality - to je used 3 times - but keep in mind that service after sales is really non-existent.

You sent me a completely defective product that produces rust instead of beer. When I requested a replacement, you responded twice with a minimal compensation offer. After I refused the compensation and clearly requested either a full refund or a proper replacement, you closed the ticket as if the issue had been resolved. This behavior is unacceptable.
