Déjà 4 brassins effectués avec, prise en main facile, le serpentin fournit est un gros + (il faudra cependant bricoler pour les raccord au tuyau). Sinon cette cuve fait parfaitement le travail. Le seul point négatif reste le volume mort (sous le robinet) d’environ 8,5L : premièrement ça oblige a pencher la cuve pour transvaser dans le fermenteur, deuxièmement il devient difficile de brasser de toute petite quantité (- de 10L). D’où l’étoile en moins mais bon .. quand on voit le prix des cuves d’autres marques il ne faut pas hésiter longtemps.

Die Anlage mancht einen guten Eindruck. Lässt sich leicht zusammenbauen. Der erste Sud wurde gekocht. Das Programmieren der Temperaturestufen funktionierte gut, Das🫠Gerät ließ sich gut bedienen und reinigen. Ich hab zum Spülen der Pumpe einen Schlauchverbinder an den Schlauch angebracht und dann mit einem Schlauch verbunden. Kritikpunkte sehe ich vor allem in der Anleitung. Die Bilder (aufgrund der Größe) geben nicht unbedingt wieder, wie man Teile zusammensetzt. Bei mir war beim Start das aufgesetzte Rohr an der Pumpe undicht. Ein Hinweis, dass eine Verschraubung zw. Rohr und Camlock-Verbinder vorliegt, fehlt; ein leichtes Festziehen hat die Undichtigkeit behoben. Bei der Fehlerbehebung steht, wenn die Pumpe nicht pumpt/verstopft ist: A: Spülen Sie die Pumpe, indem Sie einen Schlauch an das gebogene Rohr anschließen. . B: Demontieren Sie die Pumpe, um die Bestandteile zu entfernen. Leider gib es zur Pumpe aber keine weiteren Hinweise. So muss man dann ggf auf der Unterseite das Gerät öffnen und nachsehen, wie die Pumpe aussieht. Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden. Die Kritikpunkte dienen als Anregung.

Overall it performed well, with no issues/malfunctions, but i guess hard to say since i have thus far brewed only once. One star in quality i deducted is because, while it is good for the price, sharp edges are a thing on the inner pot for mashing and in my opinion the spigot at the bottom is placed to high and the cooling spiral might have to low of a surface area if you are brewing at the 30L amount constantly. That beeing said, 1) a little bit of sanding to remove some sharpness from the edges, 2) used the pump to get the liquid out into the fermenter, worked even better, as i usually filter it before fermenting (300-400micron nylon) 3) for chilling i suggest to get a copper pipe and make another spiral that goes in the middle or arround it to cool faster. By far the best option, feature, capacity etc wise, nothing comes close in this price range

Helppo käyttöinen, Ohjeet kasaukseem olivat surkeat, mutta onneksi youtubesta öytyi linkkejä miten laite toimii ja itse kehittelin loput. Kolme satsia keitetty ja kahdesta ekasta tuli ainakin hyvän makuinen, mut kolmaetta en ole kerinnyt vielä maistaa.

Für eine sichere Bedienung wäre eine Deutsche Bedienungsanleitung sehr schön gewesen. Auf Anfragen ob es diese gäbe habe ich keine Antwort erhalten!
