Overall good product for the price. Made 6 brew so far and no issues during brewing. Easy to clean, however have to be careful because of sharp parts. The circulation pump inside is not too reliable. It did not fail me during brewing yet, however after cleaning sometimes it can not spin. The plastic part of the pump have a tightening issue. If its tightened (factory) too much it can not spin. An outside pump would be a better option. The User Interface is just ok. Not great not terrible.

Funciona bastante bien. Bien aislado, montaje fácil aunque la documentación no es la mejor. Temperatura precisa. Calienta bien, buen hervor. Solo hemos hecho una primera cocinada y estamos contentos con el producto, aunque tiene varias áreas de mejora. El grifo no cierra del todo bien. Hemos tenido que comprar una arandela de silicona. Cuesta muchísimo enfriar con el serpentín. Parte de la estructura queda fuera. Hicimos aproximadamente 16 litros y tardamos 1 hora en enfriarlo con agua corriente de grifo.

Tested it once so far, will add mesh filter on circulation pumps pickup, also need to get used to setting proper watts for mashing so temp doesn't go above the required mashing temp. I did clog the pump due to my mistake but took it apart and cleaned it and all is good now and also added metal clamps on the pump hoses as they were done with plastic zip ties from factory. Overall would recommend the Vevor system especially at that price if you compare to big named brands.

I’ve been using the AIO for a while now and have brewed a few batches with it. So far, I’ve consistently hit my target OG with my estimated numbers, which is always a good sign. Overall, I think it’s a great unit. You really can’t beat the price-to-quality ratio. This is still the same unit as many others that are double the price. I’ve upgraded it with a Sergent Sparge Head from Kegland. The pump has been working reasonably well so far, but it may be my next upgrade along with a sight glass. The control panel is a bit awkwardly placed and not the most intuitive, and Vevor should definitely include some instructions. That said, a quick discussion with ChatGPT and you’ll be programming it in no time. I have seen a few reviews mentioning the sharp edges on the grain basket, and I assumed these people were just being a bit delicate. Turns out, wrestling a basket loaded with 5 to 6 kg of wet grain is a different story entirely. I’ve managed to slice my fingers on it, so I’ll be swallowing my pride and grabbing some gloves next time.

Con questo dispositivo mi sono avvicinato al mondo della birra fatta in casa. Tecnicamente il dispositivo aiuta e facilità tanto la birrificazione. È di buona fattura, non ho rilevato anomalie e la prima cotta è riuscita. Le cose da migliorare sono tre. Alcuni bordi delle lamiere inox sono taglienti a spigolo vivo, il rischio di escoriazione nel maneggio è reale. Il computer di programmazione non è intuitivo e le istruzioni non sono io massimo.Anche per il montaggio se uno non ha mai visto un dispositivo similare non lo intuisce completamente. Comoda la serpentina di raffreddamento ma a mio avviso deve essere modificata perché non riesce ad avere tutto il contatto con il mosto. Io ho dovuto legare le spire per compattarle. Anche raccordare i tubi non è stato semplice e servirebbero almeno un paio di raccordi. Diciamo che la n generale bisogna documentarsi e sapersi aggiustare per la messa a punto, tutte cose affrontabili. La potenza elettrica c'è anche troppa. Che conclusione, bello funzionale ma bisogna cmq avere un po' di pratica su queste cose, migliorabile ma pur sempre economico.

Manque un descriptif pour l'utilisation complète de la cuve ou même une vidéo sur le site et je déconseille les brassage de 30 litres ca passe pas max 25.

Prima apparaat, werkt uitstekend! Eén puntje: bij ingebruikname hoorde ik de pomp wel, maar een kwam niets uit de slang. Het bleek dat er nog een plastic dopje bij de kraan in de leiding zat die de zaak blokkeerde. Na verwijdering geen probleem, maar een beetje slordig, zeker omdat ik er in de gebruiksaanwijzing niets over kon vinden. Is het overigens erg ingewikkeld om een Nederlandstalige versie van de gebruiksaanwijzing te maken? Verder prima apparaat!
