We’ve been using it the water taste good, but it is incredibly slow having to do multiple troubleshoot and having variable changes in flow. It’s kind of annoying since you need water all the time every day. Not a lot of info out there on them either … using ChatGPT will update if changes but seems high maintenance

Looks great. Haven't been able to use it yet. Told vevor that the nut is to big for the thread of the tap. Also sent them a video but 5 days later still not working.

1 filtre arrivé cassé dans l'emballage donc HS et le robinet goutte en permanence, toute l'eau sur le sol au réveil le lendemain, robinet démonté mais rien a faire le bout de silicone ne fait pas étanchéité. dommage le prix était trop attractif. Sinon vous avez mon adresse pour un geste commercial pour un robinet qui ne goutte pas et un filtre par exemple.

Bonsoir, Les notices sont en Anglais La loi n° 94-665 du 4 août 1994 relative à l'emploi de la langue française prévoit dans son article 2 que « dans la désignation, l'offre, la présentation, le mode d'emploi ou d'utilisation, la description de l'étendue et des conditions de garantie d'un bien, d'un produit ou d'un service, ainsi que dans les factures et quittances, l'emploi de la langue française est obligatoire. » Les notices, traduites, ne sont pas suffisament explicites. LAMENTABLE

Buyer beware. I purchased the VEVOR Gravity-fed Water Filter System, and the tracking said it was delivered, but no package ever arrived. I tried to sort it out with VEVOR, but that became the real problem. Their “Contact Us” system appears to be entirely AI, with no real person available to help. I even emailed them directly, but again I only got AI responses. The AI sent me a long and complicated form to complete. I filled it out, but then for some reason I could not even submit it. I tried explaining this to the AI, but it was useless. I then emailed them again with the full chat history, and still got nowhere. The whole process feels so complicated that it seems designed to make you give up. It was impossible to resolve the issue without any real human care or attention. You just get passed around by cold AI with no proper support. Maybe this won’t happen to everyone, but if you do have a problem, good luck. I’m out $120, and after this experience I will never use VEVOR again. I would strongly avoid businesses that rely only on AI to handle disputes.

Bueno sí que filtra el agua del cloro y olores pero no cambia nada a la pureza del agua , quiero decir que antes de filtrar l’agua tiene 242 ppm (partículas por mille ) y después la depuradora la cifra no cambia ?? Sabiendo que de encima de 150 ppm l’agua no he recomendado beber la , y mejor si esta entra 0 y 75 ppm ,así que tengo que buscar una solución por encontrar un sistema de filtración mucho más eficiente.

Around a month ago purchased Gravity fed filter system and already spotted rusty stains on the bottom compartment!!!!!!!!! The system stopped working so I wanted to clean it and see what happened. Then I discovered those rusty stains Not only that I am still filtering water after Gravity fed filter system because it doesn’t filter all the residue from the water. For that purpose I have to get another filtering system or different filters. Which I was thinking to get separately. But now not sure if it’s to do so. Worst part of the story that I was so happy to have such a great filtering system, stopped buying bottled water so I have recommended it to few of my friends. Trusted VEVOR a lot. Absolutely disappointed Please sort this issue ASAP

Je me fais balader depuis plus plusieurs mois, je demande simplement avoir la certitude que l’eau que je vais consommer grâce à cette fontaine apporte les qualités minimum d’normes française ou européennes. Je n’ai jamais eu un Fichiers qui était disponible en français, me prouvant les choses. En l’attente d’une réponse sérieuse de la part de Vevor j’aimais un avis plus que négatif . Cette société qui arrive à vendre des produits en France, en Union européenne, ne respecte pas l’étiquetage, minimum des normes en vigueur.
