Tuve que devolverlo, después un día , cuando el agua se filtró, la parte del tanque donde el agua queda acumulada comenzó a oler a col podrido y tener un color turbio, a parte de salir como unas "burbujas". Que que quede el filtro del recipiente de abajo dentro del agua, tampoco creo que es bueno, teniendo en cuenta que es plástico. Eso si, después de varios intentos de hablar con att al cliente, han sido resolutivos y me devolvieron el dinero ( tras decirles que los denuncio, que no me hacían caso ) .

La qualité du filtre inox est très très correcte et doit ètre similaire à ce qu'on trouve ailleurs sur les sites spécialisés , ... avec l'avantage du prix . (Tous les autres ont des prix exorbitants ). . Les cartouches filtrantes par contre sont hyper basiques (10 microns !) donc ne filtrent pas grand'chose . .. Et le manuel illisible (microscopique) et en anglais uniquement. ..... ......... Je baisse la note car le site est juste une horreur, un casse-tete , on peut y passer des heures à tourner en rond ... à chercher le service client , attendre des réponses .. incomplètes , recommencer et recommencer, ne pas retrouver les commandes (expédiées = il y en a plus !), + ne pas pouvoir laisser de commentaire car ça marque qu'il n'y a pas eu de commandes ! ... Donc de grands progrès à faire !

Good Filter, but not filter the flawours, it still the bad taste of Barcelona's water.

The unit worked properly for the first few weeks and then it did not gravity filter water efficiently. After I filled the reservoir tank to capacity, the next day it had only filtered 1/4 of the capacity of the reservoir. The catch tank was only less than half full. I followed the instruction manual to the T on how to assemble the unit. I can't figure out why the filters are not performing as they should. I don't want to buy replacement filters with only over a month of usage. So inefficient.

Really dumb design. Awkward and difficult to refill. Difficult to clean. Hard to believe any Engineer thought this was a good idea. Cheap steel. And most importantly, im not sure the filters are effective. The water that goes through isn't that great. There are better options. For the money this costs you could get a way better product.

I was so excited when my filter arrived, only to find it was missing a rubber washer crucial to creating a seal. Too bad.. otherwise would be 5 stars, now it is unusable.

Overall the quality seems excellent for the price. Unfortunately the product was delivered with two small but vital washers missing . I have been trying to resolve this issue over the last few days with customer support but just keep getting sent around in circles despite sending photos and multiple emails. Very frustrating. With the two washers I would expect to rate this highly but as it stands it cannot be used as I received it. Uptate 15th October: Still no sign of this being resolved.

Déçu du produit, pour le prix rien d'étonnant. "Inox" pas de qualité alimentaire, les filtres laissent une forte odeur et un fort goût à l'eau qui du coup n'est pas très buvable... Je les ai rincé, jeter 4 fois la filtration, rien à faire, ça sent le charbon et en a le goût. Je réfléchis à comment reconvertir...

Colis jamais reçu, impossible d'avoir un agent en personne au téléphone.. juste un chat qui ne comprends rien.. Obligé d'appeler moi même ( appel payant 25 min 😡) et obligé de prouver de moi même que le colis n'est jamais arrivé.. J'étais bon client.. maintenant je ferai attention

First of all, all they give are installation pictures.There are no actual installation instructions & the pictures are teeny , tiny , so if you're older or if you have any dexterity issues , you're probably going to want somebody else to do this or not order at all , it has been a nightmare so far. Second, because the pictures are so teeny, tiny and difficult to see I had to redo the washers multiple times before anything would work on the filters. And then after I put the spigot in 3 different times I finally watched a video not produced by the site but produced on YouTube and found out, I'm missing a metal washer. I checked the vevor directions in sure enough.I should have metal washers. Immediately I contacted the chat online.Because it is a weekend and was basically told most customers get an email in 1 to 2 days. Most not all , so how long is it going to take to get a metal washer? I don't understand why the person on the chat has no actual power to order a part and immediately ship it out. I should've ordered something "Made in the USA "of this type. So far , this portion of my experience has been ridiculous.
