Sucks
I've had it going for almost a month and the pump quit today. Customer service is no help. I am now looking for a replacement pump. This is not good customer service.

Bought unit and water pump went out only after bout an hour. Contacted customer support and they asked for a video. So I sent video of unit and what it was doing then they closed the case and never responded. Wound not recommend nor will I ever buy from them again. Horrible experience all around.
