El kit no esta mal de precio pero tengo goteras...No se si soy el único pero ando como loco a ver de que forma puedo encontrar unos repuestos para sustituir las piezas originales porque no dejan de gotear.

Home Grower It's alright, but the pump is garbage
It's alright for the price i guess.. Buckets are hard to fill when there's plants growing in them, have to remove the whole thing or try to slide the lid over a little bit.. After service and warranty are garbage! Pump didn't even last 10 months. Started to make a really loud noise then just stopped working! Ended up getting root rot because there was no air going to the buckets. Contacted Vevor support several time and they kept saying that someone will get back to me. When they finally did they wanted photos and video as proof that it's not working. Like what do you want, a video of a pump just sitting there not doing what it's supposed to do? All i wanted is for them to send me a replacement pump as it's a 1 year warranty right? Well i guess not.. Same your money and buy something else. I'm done with Vevor!

This is a one star rating due to the lack of follow thru with customer support after the sale. Product was received with missing parts which make this system unusable. Upon contacting customer service and providing all documentation and photos, I was promised to receive the missing items within 15 - 20 days. The items never were received. Checking to follow up on the items and my service ticket is no longer active.

I've had it going for almost a month and the pump quit today. Customer service is no help. I am now looking for a replacement pump. This is not good customer service.

Bought unit and water pump went out only after bout an hour. Contacted customer support and they asked for a video. So I sent video of unit and what it was doing then they closed the case and never responded. Wound not recommend nor will I ever buy from them again. Horrible experience all around.
