Vevor me parece una empresa seria pero lo malo que trabaja con GLS, que a su vez GLS trabaja con otras agencias de reparto, muy mal , te dicen que te lo han entregado y no lo han echo, te dicen que lo han dejado en el sitio de recogida y no lo han echo, GLS y su compañías no valen para nada, lo siento por vevor, no volveré a comprar si mis paquetes vienen con GLS. A parte el escalón vino doblado, para mí eso lo de menos, pero que empiecen a jugar contigo eso sí que no lo permito.

Vevor have given wrong value of the parcel, ergo I had to pay too much VAT when collected. . They said 80€ instead of 30€, that is wrong. Summary: Have to get a refund from customs of 27€ . Takes time and effort.

Il y a trois positions de réglage sur chaque pied donc normalement trois trous par pied mais il y avait un pied où il y avait que deux trous. Chez moi même réalisé le troisième trou et ça fonctionne très bien.

Réglage de la hauteur des pieds trop dur alors qu’il faut les replier quasi intégralement pour ranger le marche-pied.

The step overall, is ok, but it is a little bit tippy, specifically if people hold on to the rail before stepping on (which seems to be human nature). This creates a bit of a WHS hazard. Otherwise, the step feels good when you are standing on it. The landing is big enough. It is light enough to be moved easily. Pretty easy to put together. It isn't an exceptional product, but ticks off the needed boxes.

The ladder is holding up, nothing fancy. But the website said that they would deliver within a couple of days. Not true. It took more than a week and it was delivered by Amazon so I'm guessing this thing is made in China. If that's the case why don't they just sell it on Amazon?

Great step but not that stable if stood on the wrong way,elderly people would need to be extra careful to stand in the centre as step dies tip.

I'm sure it was a fine step stool but Vevor got my address wrong so it never arrived.

Once assembled, the top U shaped handle and the lower pipes that it slides on did not line up. I eventually got it together, but I'll never be able to adjust it .
