Nice and sturdy, just to tall

There was some issues with the chair but the company stood behind it. The chair is very well designed and thought of. The larger wheels are great, and the tool chair and color combination is very attractive.

This stool is very simple to assemble or it should be! The four caster wheels should have screwed into the base inserts with little problem as one did, but two more were difficult to start and tighter than the one. But the fourth was impossible. I had to take it to my shop and measure the thread of the caster which showed Metric but the insert showed standard. To make things short, it took over an hour to do a 5 minute assembly. Otherwise I like the comfort and quality of the stool for what this 71 year old needs now to work on lower height projects.

Excellent product. I have had for about a month now and I have to say this a wonderful shop stool. The large rotating tool tray is a very good and convenient idea allowing very easy access to tools for the job at hand. Well built and very comfortable. I tend to sit for a while in my shop when planning and organizing and there is no sensations of your legs falling asleep or you butt getting sore. I weigh 180 lbs for reference. My only hang up is the stem doesn’t seat properly in the base and I am reluctant to drive it in with a mallet or otherwise. It seats in place with weight and mine hasn’t and tends to rock from time to time, although not much and it has affected the stools stability which is excellent. 5 5” wheels with one brake makes for a very smooth roll over most surfaces. Much nicer than the stools with the tiny casters that roll into every nook and crevice on the driveway Other than that, this is by far the finest shop stool I have owned and really enjoy using. Highly recommended.

Very sturdy construction. One design flaw. The casters have a hex nut attached to them that fit into the bottom of the stool, which is great when you go to tighten up the nut on the other end. The only problem is the plate that the nut on the bottom of the caster goes through Isn't thick enough and the nut sticks out on the other side? And you can't tighten up the top nut. Also the washers that are given don't work. I had to use thick 3/8 washer on top of the washers that it came with.

Overall the stool is a very sturdy addition to any workshop however there were a few issues with the hardware supplied to assemble the unit. The wrong washers were supplied for some of the bolts so I had to replace them with something more suitable. The seat cushion is a bit thin and sitting on the chair for a long time is a bit hard on your butt. Having said that I will be buying a second one for the workshop and modifying it to meet my needs

This is a solid work place stool. Easy to assemble, Initially the raising/lower function does not respond but after working with it it works fine. The brakes provided are sub standard, be warned, do not attempt to sit on it without preventing it rolling, I had a nasty fall despite using the breaks. Now I use additional items like shims to prevent rolling.

A good chair, the 24 in height is too high for normal seating, but good for work bench height. Time will tell for the hydraulic ram, and seat fabric .
