Worked pretty well for 3-4 months. It is very difficult to clean and dough can get trapped in between the rollers. One roller stopped working and we contacted support. They requested we send a video or a picture of the problem. Their solution was to send a part and a video of how to fix it. Unfortunately, the video doesn’t cover the actual piece needed to be fixed. There really isn’t a way to get broken items fixed unless you can do it yourself. I can’t recommend.

The top rollers are making a noise

Received the item damaged in shipping. Instead of being packed in a crate it was shrink wrapped with no protection. Bent knobs and screws everywhere. Bits of plastic from the gears dropping from the rollers destined to end up in the dough. The unit was obviously returned previously. No satisfaction from customer support. Instead of a return and refund they expect me to make repairs. Horrible customer support. Don't buy from this vendor.

I am not satisfied with this dough roller machine. It is not making the dough as shown in the videos or product photos. The dough shape does not come out properly, and it is difficult to get a round and even pizza base. Sometimes the dough sticks and the results are inconsistent. I expected much better performance for commercial use. Overall, very disappointing experience.

I thought it's would work good but it's does not make in round shape at all it makes oval shape. Even it's so fast that some time it's get overlap. It's will not work for my orders. I have to return it back as it doesn't work for me at all. I buy it so costly regrets buying it.

I have tried to purchase this 2X from Vevor. Both times it didn't ship. Not sure what the problem is, but each time I had to reach out and inquire about it to get a refund. They sat on my money for over 2 months.

The rollers leave marks on the dough. At its lowest settings, the marks are pretty intense on the dough, almost tearing it. Not time-saving at all.

Never got the product, can’t call anyone, says it’s fed ex but they have no idea need a refund so I can purchase another one somewhere else

You processed the order and took payment but you never shipped the item. You did refund my money in a timely manner but I'm disappointed that I didn't get what I ordered to help with my business productivity. Obviously, there has been no human intervention or I wouldn't have received this request to rate the product.
