The long zip line has to be on huge trees or it droops in the middle really bad. My kids can ride it which is what the goal was. There’s no way it’ll hold 500lbs

I purchased a zip line and everything came in a box, but the 160 foot stainless steel zip line had a broken off connector at one end so I could not use it. I tried to reach out to VV, but it was very difficult in the app to get a replacement, all I need is a replacement 160 foot stainless steel cable to be successfully able to use my purchase.

This kit is a serious safety hazard. The "spring brake" system doesn't actually slow you down reliably — my son hit the end at nearly full speed and the brake bunched up uselessly instead of decelerating him, slamming him into the tree anchor. Could have easily caused a broken bone or worse. The cable itself is supposedly stainless steel but it's already showing rust spots after a few weeks of normal outdoor use. The trolley wheels are rough and grinding, definitely not built for smooth long-term use — sounds like metal grinding on metal every ride. Instructions for setup are vague at best, with no real torque specs or guidance for anchor points, so you're basically guessing about whether your installation can handle the rated weight. For a product whose entire purpose is suspending a human body above ground at speed, this is unacceptable. Spend the extra money on a brand that actually tests their safety equipment.

I wish I would have kept the box so I could return it.

La longueure 45 m est impossible a tendre le petit tendeur est bien trop court pour pouvoir retendre toute cette longeure de cable. Resultat pas assez tendu le cable fait un U inutilisable

Bestilte å varen ble sendt neste dag! Etter en måned med venting, kansellerte jeg ordren dessverre. Fikk hele beløpet returnert, men trist at jeg aldri mottok varen. Fornøyd med kundeservicen men ikke optimalt.
