I purchased this kit hoping to DIY for my new mini split system, but unfortunately the mini split unit itself (also from VEVOR) didn’t work, so I never got the chance to fully use the pump or the gauges. Even though I couldn’t complete the job, I can still comment on the product quality from what I observed. The pump feels solid and well‑built, and the kit comes with everything needed to vacuum the lines. The motor powers on smoothly and the gauges appear accurate and easy to read. For the price point, it seems like a good value and would probably work well for someone with a functioning system to service. My only disappointment is that I bought it specifically for a VEVOR AC unit that arrived defective, so the entire setup ended up unused. Because of that, I can’t speak to long‑term performance, but the kit itself looked complete and ready for the job.

PUMP WORKS GREAT AND DOES WHAT IT'S SUPPOSED TO DO. THE MANIFOLD GAUGE SET ON THE OTHER HAND IS VERY CHEAPLY MADE AND THE HOSE PULLED OUT OF CRIMP BEFORE THE 1ST USE. LUCKILY WE HAD A BACK-UP SET TO COMPLETE THE TASK.

Die Pumpe funktioniert soweit, leider startet diese aber nicht immer direkt. Man muss sie mehrmals an und ausschalten bis sie anläuft. Bin gespannt wie lange sie hält.

Worst product. Ran for 2 minutes and start to burn. Motor stopped running then started to heat up then started to smoke.

Très déçu par le suivi et les informations fournies. J’avais commandé cette pompe à vide pour des travaux prévus le 8, avec une livraison annoncée le 7. Elle a finalement été repoussée successivement au 9, puis au 10 et enfin au 11. En lisant des commentaires indiquant que la pompe serait livrée sans huile, j’ai demandé confirmation au site. On m’a répondu qu’il fallait effectivement acheter l’huile spécifique. J’ai donc commandé une bouteille à 30 €, en plus des 90 € de la pompe. Finalement, à la réception, la pompe contenait bien son huile : achat supplémentaire inutile. La pompe semble toutefois fonctionner correctement. Mais entre le retard de livraison et les renseignements contradictoires, ne comptez pas sur un conseil fiable ni sur le respect des délais annoncés.

Never got my order, was notified that the order was delivered. Then I was notified that the order was unable to be delivered. Went several day with no delivery update. Even TEMU has a better way of updating delivery details. They even take a photo of the package at location. Vector needs a much better way of considering the customer and their needs. I’ll make sure to pass along my bad experience with the majority of the 500 officers I work with!
