Decent quality climbing spikes only spoiled by the fixings not having any covering so you need to bear that in mind when putting them in as they can dig in a bit but aside from that they are pretty good . I did have to sharpen the spikes but that was down to the tree I was climbing more than anything to be fair .

The spikes are kind of painful, but they do work. There isn't any Velcro so you are stuck with the pre set notches on the strap
The harness is good. I trust it and use it.
The safety rope is pretty short. I use it as a secondary tie in on small branches when I'm transitioning my flip line. It works when it's needed and comes in handy.
Definitely a good deal and the quality is just enough to climb trees and learn. Definitely not the worst equipment available.

My only gripes are that the adjustment holes for the leg pads are aligned great and the paint job in the holes means the screws have a hard time getting in so be careful not to crossthread them. And the ankle strap seems weak, it's not leather but rather a stretchy rubber.
