2 months on the jobsite
I use these wrenches everyday to put up pipe hangers. They lasted about 2 months before the 7/16th completely stripped out on the ratchet side and now will not tighten or loosen anything just spins freely. I was very excited to give these a try but very disappointed in the quality. Save money and buy gear wrench.

I can't review the wrenches as I have never received them. Shipper posted item lost. Been trying to get this resolved. I bought my son the same set of wrenches and they are very good.

I didn't receive my package, supposedly because my address was wrong. I got a refund, but it was a terrible excuse.

Horrible
Absolutely horrible customer service. Never seen anything like it. Wait a month on an order that is obviously lost. They give u a date then when that is up u wait some more. Shop at harbor freight where they know how to treat a good customer
