Well all I can say is that goods tracked arrived on time, but all the pieces were not in there. Seems this is a theme on here...but if you know that its a problem, double check and have a decent customer support to assist...t contact just triggers a review (lol) which is not good strategy when they also tell you call to report a problem and they cannot actually help ...they will tell you to send message and photo.s videos to (attachment@vevor.com ) I cant understand therefore why not publish the address for problems rather than waste time going to customer service chat who cant help. Sites ok but after sales needs work.

Having finally got around to constructing the tunnel (delayed due to high winds and rain), it appears there are 6 (six) short bolts missing from the order. I would be obliged if these items were forwarded to me so that I can complete the construction. Thank you. Then I will be in a realistic position to review your oroduct

I am very disappointed with my purchase! The tarp is not a good fit on the frame. It's too tight on the zippers to close the door! 3 out of 4 zippers failed within the first days! Also after having to dig a trench around the whole green house to bury the tarp and seal the bottom it just is not long enough. Without the ability to close the doors and seal the bottom it has been a complete waist of time and money. I don't even know what I'm going to do about my plants! The greenhouse won't even stand through 10 mpr wind snich it can't be closed. This is not my first time with greenhouse but this is the first time I've had issues with one. Would recommend not buying this garbage.

The bars are cheap thin metal they just bend and collapse under wind pressure turns into a big twisted mess of metal tubing just from wind of I light rain storm

BUYER BEWARE—company does not have a customer service phone line, all disputes via internal messaging. This greenhouse arrived damaged and missing parts/hardware. After contacting through site, they had me send photos which I complied with and they would not send a new greenhouse, only wanting to send “accessories”. When inquiring what is contained in accessories, they would never state. It took over a month to receive the package and it only contained hardware, not the 4 missing poles and replacement for 2 damaged poles. When asking where the missing poles were, they started they could re-apply for another accessories to be sent. I requested several times to have a new greenhouse sent and they would not, nor give me a reason why they would not make this right on their end. I told them this was a gift for a friend and they have a greenhouse they cannot put up due to lacking parts. They do not care. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN. [not allowing me to add photos] They require me to give them one star they deserve zero!

Fast shipping yeah, got a pretty quick was able to set it up in about 2 1/2 hours only at the final step to put the plastic to realize it doesn’t cover all the way down about a foot is still open on one side plastic is warped Can’t believe I spent so much on this

Great if the wind never blows. Very lightweight hoops, cover material is ok. If you really want one, buy a small one and only set up in a very protected area.

I am very disappointed. I ordered this directly from vevor company. Item was shown as shipped. Never received item. Talks with customer service was very disappointing as well. Took several weeks for customer service to find out item was never shipped. Took a while to get refund as well. I was going to order second one but after this experience I will not order from them again.

I spent a couple hours over two days putting this together last weekend. Buried it in the trench as instructed, tied down , even buried it a little bit deeper with wood chips. We had 20 mph wind gusts last night and this thing flew about a km away from our house when I had gotten out there this morning. It was previously in our fenced in back yard right up against a fence in the corner. About half the aluminum poles have snapped in the middle, the rest got goofed up on the bolts, and the plastic split. Unfortunately useless now. Do not waste your money unless you are planning to reinforce it heavily.

Honestly the product is great but the customer service here is insanely poor! I had a malfunction with a part of the product once and I was back and forth with customer service for over a month! All I wanted to do was return the item, simple, but they made it so difficult its still not resolved, they wanted to offer me a $20 gift card for a $150+ purchase, I said no politely, they continued to play games and its still not resolved over a month later. Its insane, rarely have I dealt with a company with such low service.
