Item arrived damaged, I tried to return it but they just give you the run around and closed the ticket before I was even able to reply. Vevors return policy is a huge joke, they will make you jump through hoops knowing that most people are just going to say F×@& it and keep the damaged item because its so difficult to get a refund or return the product. The greenhouse collapsed in short order from a rain storm because the damaged poles were weakened. I would not recommend this to anyone.

This is the cheapest shit I ever bought with the money I paid not worth at all when i contact customer support the company a shit company. They just give you a runaround AI customer support that you would never go anywhere with that. You won’t stop any problems with it they just give you runaround. Jim Pike is broken pours missing. I couldn’t get a hold of not a customer service. He just want some bullshit pictures. After receiving the pictures of the claim. They haven’t received it. They just like a bunch of shit piece of shit company.

I would love ot put this together, but it's not possible without some serious modification. Finally got around to putting this together to find thatthe parts list in the instruction mnual doesn't match my actual parts. I have different parts. Poles 5,6,7,8, and 9 are there but some of them didn't have the tapered ends. There are no #4 poles, too many #3 poles, the #1 and #2 poles I'm guessing belong to a different product, as they have hooked ends that shouldn't be there, and holes on the upper end that are 90 degrees from what they should be, so it's impossible to assemble this thing as it is. I guess I'll have to wait untiol tomorrow to get in contact with Vevor, and I haven't experienced anything like this before. I'm hoping my 30' greenhouses have the proper parts!

Das Gewächshaus ist für den Preis ok. Es bleiben aber die Schwachstellen bei diesem System. Für Starkwind muss es wirklich gut beschwert und am besten auch eingegraben sein, sonst hebt es schnell ab und es kommt zu Einrissen an den Befestigungen für die Abspannschnüre und Ecken. Das Gestänge ist dann auch zu leicht. Eine bessere Wandstärke wäre besser. Ein windgeschützer Platz ist gut und auch auf die Windrichtung sollte geachtet werden. Das Gestänge ist leicht aufgebaut. Die Folie passt gut darüber ohne zu spannen. Zusätzliche Stangen für die Reißverschlusstür würden dem ganzen gut tun. Insgesamt hatte ich mir mehr erhofft.

Viveros de precio está muy bien pero feo ciertos fallos. Con el viento de éstos días donde une la estructura en su parte media ha dañado el vivero haciendo varios agujeros. Además le faltaría más cintas para poder enganchar a la estructura y de esa manera se movería muy poco y no se dañaría. También pondría hebilla de las cerraduras por fuera y por dentro. Un poco decepcionado por la calidad del plástico pero bueno es lo que hay

I don't know if the greenhouse is ok, but the package was realy in poor condition after the delivery. Hoping the greenhouse will be allright.

I gave 4 stars because I like the design. But It did not hold up in the wind. This afternoon it got destroyed along with the 10x20 I bought. I’m sad now.

Would be nice if it came with enough bolts and nuts.

I must say before I start, I've always had nothing but great results on all my purchases, though unfortunately my last purchase hasn't followed suit 😢 My, VEVOR Walk-in Tunnel Greenhouse, 3.6 x 2 x 2 m/ 12 x 7 x 7 ft Portable Plant Hot House w/ Galvanized Steel Hoops, 1 Top Beams, 2 Diagonal Poles, 2 Zippered Doors & 6 Roll-up Windows, Green; hasn't even seen out the summer before wearing holes through the cover at each frame end. It's a design fault, reinforcement to these areas are what's needed (easy fix) at the factory I must resolve this issue before the monsoons come. Kind regards from sunny Devon and me.
