Very thin gauge metal that dented nearly immediately by my toddler dropping a big stick (for a toddler) on the frame. While assembling, If you screw the pieces in tightly, the metal tubes just bend into oval shapes, so there is no sense that things are secure. Since it is so modular and you can't tighten the screws properly due to the weak metal, it is nearly impossible to get perfectly level on dirt ground. There are warnings on the product about not using it in basically any type of weather, and it really doesn't hold up to any of it. There are only 8 tie-down strings attached to the cover (two on each side on each end) and 2 of them ripped off with the slightest wind. The tie down strings for the cover are a complete joke. I doubt this thing is going to last an entire year in my pretty mild climate, and I'm definitely going to need to buy supplemental supplies to keep the cover on, keep the frame anchored, etc. so I can try to prolong it from just collapsing and turning into a giant pile of garbage.

Item arrived damaged, I tried to return it but they just give you the run around and closed the ticket before I was even able to reply. Vevors return policy is a huge joke, they will make you jump through hoops knowing that most people are just going to say F×@& it and keep the damaged item because its so difficult to get a refund or return the product. The greenhouse collapsed in short order from a rain storm because the damaged poles were weakened. I would not recommend this to anyone.

This is the cheapest shit I ever bought with the money I paid not worth at all when i contact customer support the company a shit company. They just give you a runaround AI customer support that you would never go anywhere with that. You won’t stop any problems with it they just give you runaround. Jim Pike is broken pours missing. I couldn’t get a hold of not a customer service. He just want some bullshit pictures. After receiving the pictures of the claim. They haven’t received it. They just like a bunch of shit piece of shit company.

I would love ot put this together, but it's not possible without some serious modification. Finally got around to putting this together to find thatthe parts list in the instruction mnual doesn't match my actual parts. I have different parts. Poles 5,6,7,8, and 9 are there but some of them didn't have the tapered ends. There are no #4 poles, too many #3 poles, the #1 and #2 poles I'm guessing belong to a different product, as they have hooked ends that shouldn't be there, and holes on the upper end that are 90 degrees from what they should be, so it's impossible to assemble this thing as it is. I guess I'll have to wait untiol tomorrow to get in contact with Vevor, and I haven't experienced anything like this before. I'm hoping my 30' greenhouses have the proper parts!

Product has no manual. Difficult to install with virtually no videos on youtube

This is the second greenhouse I have purchased from Vevor. I was very satisfied with the first one I got. The instructions are difficult to follow but after it was up it was great due to my own fault it collapsed during the winter. I reordered the exact same one but the cover material was thinner and it only has very few ties to tie the canopy to the frame. It doesn’t even have them down the doors. It’s nothing close to being as high quality as the first. Only thing I like it does have double stitching around the windows. It had very fast shipping. Vevor is usually great quality however I won’t order this one again.

Impossible à monter correctement Le colis à été réparé entièrement avec du scotch par le livreur responsable de la livraison ? Photo déjà jointe pour preuve ! Service après-vente inefficace !!! Aucun geste commercial ! Dommage.... Logistique à revoir ... Incompétente donc client mécontent !!! Obligé de recommandé une autre à la concurrence. Vevor pas très fort pour rembourser ou dédommager C'est Honteux !!!

I don't know if the greenhouse is ok, but the package was realy in poor condition after the delivery. Hoping the greenhouse will be allright.
