So I have had this greenhouse for less than a year and it did AMAZING that was until this weekend . Spring is fast approaching and I wanted to make sure the greenhouse was tidy and organized for the seed starting and hardening off that will soon be happening well I went to close it up for the day as it was fully organized and cleaned and when I went to zipper the right side closed it got halfway down before the zipper popped off tract no big deal right just get it back on track we'll as soon as I went to open the zipper to fit it back on track it cracked and completely feel off now I have a greenhouse that does not close which means it does not work hopefully vevor will replace the zipper or if not possible the cover.

costomer service kinda just said so sad to bad......IT IS NOT 7 FT BY 15 FT....i pre built the beds and perimter frame...well it did not fit...mine is 6 ft 3'' by 14 ft 10'' all they said is loc costomer service (us base ??) is not replying to the issue..how about 20 bucks back and keep it...i said fine.......we have just put it in a area that is some what protected by the wind...its a nice idea..but the frame is so thin it will bend just looking at it.................fine for getting the baby's going...do look for it to last till fall..

It was super easy to build! I recommend laying all the pipes in their respective order. My huge complaint is the actual green cover only has 6 tie downs on the ends. There is no tie downs in the middle to tie the farm to the poles! I only had it up for a few weeks and a wind gust can and ripped the ties from the poles which created a kite and bent a few poles. The poles were strapped to the ground with stakes and cinder blocks. So now I just basically have a frame with no cover because I have no way to strap it down

Main part of the poly tunnel seems ok. The door is not good at all. Having to try and make something to fit. The door shuts with useless Velcro strips. One windy day and wide open, it does not hold it shut. Design needs re configuration.

This was a bas expericence the bolts and tie down did not come with it

Received the Greenhouse in a timely manner. The problem arose when I opened the box to start assembly. First the box had way more tape than what is normally on factory packages. Once opened, the hardware, nuts and bolts, were mostly scattered through the box. Several plastic bags were scattered through the box. It appeared these were suppose to have frame parts in them. As I took inventory I found about half the hardware was missing. I am assuming this was a return that wasnt checked well. I requested a replacement hardware package. Vevor made me jump through hopes, sending pictures of the box, pictures of what hardware I had. After several days of that run around, they agreed to send a new package of hardware, problem was the package was not in the US, itvwas in China. This started on 12/18/25 and was finally resolved on 1/8/2026. This is not good customer service. First theyvsent out a returned item to a good customer without properly checking the contents. Then waste my time with do meeting whatcwas missing and finally ship whatcwas missing from China when the Greenhouse was shipped from in the US. Step up your game Vevor.

Very flimsy .. spend more or regret it

Went together easy enough, the instructions weren’t very helpful though. First snow storm, 3” of snow crushed it. So it’s not great for snowy climates. Bummer.

Great quality for money but in my case only for two years
