Waited 3 weeks, never came, contacted Vevor and said well it must be lost, sent refund, very disappointed

Very thin gauge metal that dented nearly immediately by my toddler dropping a big stick (for a toddler) on the frame. While assembling, If you screw the pieces in tightly, the metal tubes just bend into oval shapes, so there is no sense that things are secure. Since it is so modular and you can't tighten the screws properly due to the weak metal, it is nearly impossible to get perfectly level on dirt ground. There are warnings on the product about not using it in basically any type of weather, and it really doesn't hold up to any of it. There are only 8 tie-down strings attached to the cover (two on each side on each end) and 2 of them ripped off with the slightest wind. The tie down strings for the cover are a complete joke. I doubt this thing is going to last an entire year in my pretty mild climate, and I'm definitely going to need to buy supplemental supplies to keep the cover on, keep the frame anchored, etc. so I can try to prolong it from just collapsing and turning into a giant pile of garbage.

Item arrived damaged, I tried to return it but they just give you the run around and closed the ticket before I was even able to reply. Vevors return policy is a huge joke, they will make you jump through hoops knowing that most people are just going to say F×@& it and keep the damaged item because its so difficult to get a refund or return the product. The greenhouse collapsed in short order from a rain storm because the damaged poles were weakened. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I would love ot put this together, but it's not possible without some serious modification. Finally got around to putting this together to find thatthe parts list in the instruction mnual doesn't match my actual parts. I have different parts. Poles 5,6,7,8, and 9 are there but some of them didn't have the tapered ends. There are no #4 poles, too many #3 poles, the #1 and #2 poles I'm guessing belong to a different product, as they have hooked ends that shouldn't be there, and holes on the upper end that are 90 degrees from what they should be, so it's impossible to assemble this thing as it is. I guess I'll have to wait untiol tomorrow to get in contact with Vevor, and I haven't experienced anything like this before. I'm hoping my 30' greenhouses have the proper parts!

Not even in use now. Bought it as a Christmas gift for my husband. Poles bent with the first bit of wind. Yes it was tied down as per instructions. Absolutely a waste of money.

Straight out of the box not the same quantity end caps as the instructions said it has. Which brings up the point that every end on this greenhouse needs an end cap! Found a hole in the material, I’m assuming there’s more somewhere. Guess I go to the hardware store looking for caps that I can fit. Dead in the water on set up until that is taken care of. Can’t upload pics for some reason….

The product itself is good for the price. However, whether Vevro responsible or manufacturer, the size of the greenhouse is smaller than labeled on the box. I ordered 15x7x7 and in actuality it measures 14x6x6. And while it might seem trivial , size does matter.

I was not happy with the fact that THERE WAS NO SCREEN AT THE DOOR OPENING , Like the last greenhouse i had that i had bought from vevor

Polls are very cheap, still using bolts and nuts to connect need to upgrade. Price is sub ok for what your getting.This is a Summer use only Greenhouse! Metal very thin would not withstand heavy winds and definitely not any inclement weather.

Unfortunately the 2 greenhouse I bought did not last long....only a few weeks. Although they were tied down as recommended + added concrete blocks at the base, a wind gust just ruined everything. I felt they were very very flimsy from the start, so would avoid them unless you plan on building your own wood frame to replace the weak tubing and bracing. I will try to repurpose the cover as much as possible. Very Unfortunate.
