So I bought this for work and strapped it down in the back of my truck. I wanted to use it so that I could save diesel money. I filled it up in Texas at about $4.50 a gallon and drove to New Jersey with it where the diesel prices were over $6.80 per gallon. I didn’t fill it up to the exact 116 gallons, but it was close. I drove through many hours of Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi while it was almost full and with all the bumps and sloshing, nothing spilled out during the drive. I had a spare 12 volt battery and after the first day of driving, I was curious how long it would take to fill up my truck tank. It was as fast or faster than the gas station pumps. The handle clicked and turned off the flow to signal that it was full, just like the gas station pumps. Afterward, it did not constantly drip out of the end of the handleI like some pumps stations’ handles do. I was impressed so far. As of now, I’ve used it a few times and I’ll be using it for the last time while I’m up here in New Jersey since it’s almost empty now. A north-eastern blew in the other day with 60+ mile per hour winds and rain. No rain got into the tank. So far I like it and I have no complaints.

Very well made and works perfectly. Easy ro handel while empy and essybro move with forks on my tractor while full.

great product, the fuel gauge was on the wrong way so empty was full and full was empty but an easy fix, a robust strong product

I like the fuel tank seems to be made well. I was a bit unhappy to find out that the tank only holds 104 gallions of diesel and NOT the advertised 116 gallions. I specifically purchased the tank because of its 116 gallion capacity.

The portable diesel tank arrived within three days of being ordered. It was well packaged. The tank seems to be constructed very well. I built a cradle from a wood pallet and 2x4s with 4 inch casters. I placed an outdoor mat between the tank and the cradle, then secured the tank with a ratchet strap. I'm able to load/unload the tank in my Ford F150 using pallet forks on my skid steer when taking it to purchase off road diesel. The casters enable me to easily position the tank in my garage. I mounted a 12V battery on the cradle to power the tank's fuel pump. I added a diesel fuel meter and a swivel fitting to keep track of fuel disbursal and facilitate fueling my equipment. I used a diesel fuel compatible paste to seal the hose connections and fittings rather than Teflon tape. To date, I have not had any leaks at the fittings or the connections. I did have one issue assembling the fuel hose. The threads at the 1 inch end of the fuel hose (tank side) would not screw into the 1 inch NPT pipe fitting without binding. I experimented with several 1 inch fittings to verify the problem was with the hose threads and not the fitting. I had to remove the fitting, mount the fitting in a vise and use a pipe wrench and an adjustable wrench to force the connection between the hose and the pipe fitting. I had no such problem with the 3/4 inch end (pump handle) of the hose.

Bonjour, suite à un contrôle, je me suis aperçu que la plaque de norme CE n'est plus sur la cuve. Celle-ci s'est peut-être décollée. Est-il possible d'en obtenir une nouvelle que je pourrais coller sur la cuve. Merci par avance.

Had to Teflon tape couple connections for leak/ seepage. But unit is working. Shipping was slow and delayed but not product issue. arrived up side down on pallet. No shrink wrap. But that is shipping now days. So far it is working ok for Diesel fuel transfers.

Ever since is started hitting the glass pipe I've made the best decision in life. I bought this 116 gallon tank yes maybe because I was high on crack but it also is a pretty amazing fuel system. I no longer have to try to sober up to go into town to get more fuel all the time with 5 gallon tanks I can just stay high. The only problem is now im using more crack so I am starting to switch to meth to curb some of the cost. So there is some pros and cons with a bigger fuel tank. Anyway I hope this helped.
