This recovery tank works well. It looks like an exact replacement for my old Robin air A/C machine. I checked the tank weight compared to the old one and it was exactly the same. It made installation super easy. I did have to add hose adapter fittings. No big deal. Especially for the low price of the tank.

Exactly the same tank that I have been paying twice the price for. Fast shipping. A great company to work with.

I bought it to recover the refrigerant from a portable Ac unit so I could replace the compressor. It did what I needed without any issues. But I’m not an HVAC tech that has compared different recovery tanks. It looks good and did its job so 5 stars in my book

Purchased two for my business. Standard tanks. Dislike the ball valve on the side but other than that seems fine.

When the tank gets hot, the orange paint on top starts to "melt" off, and it gets really sticky and gets all over your fingers and clothes.

Tried this cheaper tank for use with transport refrigeration repair. The tank cannot hold a full unit charge of 28 lbs. If you are only working on smaller capacity systems it might be ok but not for anything larger.

Tank is decent, please double check relief valve setting, I was planning on using for nitrogen storage to be lighter than my 2000 psi tank, I got to about 250psi when relief valve in back started leaking so I had to adjust it, problem is if I would have used it for 410a on a hot day it would have leaked out. The valve assemble isn’t the best, but you get what you pay for, but for what I’m using it for it should be fine.
