So far it has been a disappointing experience with Vevor as it has been taken seven months for the customer service to provide proper explanation or a promised partial refund for a faulty item. In the meantime, they closed my case three times asking for my bank account number twice no partial refund has yet to be received. I am deeply disappointed both by the product and the service provided by Vevor.

Bardzo fajny fermentator, napewno przyda się każdemu kto lubi kombuche, cydr, czy piwo. Niestety przyszedł do mnie obity przez kuriera! Ale ogromna pochwała dla sprzedawcy który oddał mi pieniądze za zbiornik mimo że do uszkodzenia ewidentnie doszło w transporcie! Dziękuję jesteście świetni! Opinia po dłuższym czasie używania. Jestem w szoku! W fermentatorze podczas fermentacji odpadły 2 z 3 nóg! Cały się wywrócił i wylała mi się cała kombucha! Okazało się że nogi były tylko przyspawane punktowo i spawy puściły! Jeżeli umiesz sobie je przyspawać to polecam jeżeli nie to zastanów się nad czymś lepszym.

The unit does not work as advertised. It is not a pressure fermenter, as the unit will not hold pressure. The lid / body / ring assembly is poorly designed. The lid and body will not form a pressure resistant seal, no matter how tight the band is made. Customer service gave me a partial refund, and I was successful using it as an atmospheric fermenter, foregoing pressure transfers as an option. I strongly advise against purchasing this unit, unless you want an all stainless fermenter operating only at atmospheric pressure, and giving up on pressure transfers.

This thing heats so slowly that it is unusable to make beer.

I had a lot of trouble getting this thing to seal. So much so that Vevor refunded my money and let me keep it. I did eventually get it to seal with a silicone grease on the gasket and the inside of the clamp. I also had to flip the latch over on the clamp and then tighten up the Allen head bolt to the point that the clamp ends almost touched before it stopped leaking. The lower TC fitting is not a standard size it's somewhere between 2 " and 3" , the sample port could have been a TC fitting but is just a 1/2" threaded valve so not super sanitary. I've only done a batch of hard seltzer so far.

Nice Item, robust, sturdy I like it. I have not used it yet... due to the fact that I can not get the pressure up for pressure fermentation The ring that secures the lid to the body does not close it tight enough. I can only get 5 psi and I would like to ferment at 10-12 psi. The product as wohle is good. I think that I got just a bad closure ring. It look cheap and have not got the precicion it needs.
