Amazingly simple product that does what its supposed to do. Only complaint is the location of the carry handles makes it awkward to carry and store due to weight distribution of the motor and high back. Otherwise very pleased. Minor first world problem.

Bought this for help getting my grandfather out of the floor when he falls. From picking him up constantly, I've had to have 2 spine surgeries in the last 6 months and am about to have to get a spinal fusion. This saved my back a few times. I wish the back was detachable or laid down completely. I know, I'm not using it for it's intended purpose, and I'm sure that it works amazing for a bath chair! Just being honest! Definitely would buy again!

Setup was easy and straight forward. Works great as advertised on your website. Excellent product. Would recommend to any who has a senior that is prone to falls.

This product is alternatively advertised for bathtub use or for lifting patients off the floor. I purposely bought it for the latter: my 88-year old mother with dementia and many other medical issues has a propensity to fall often, despite our best care. Today I had the first opportunity to use the chair lift as she fell without hurting herself. With some help, she was able to roll and drag herself onto the lowered chair and we effortlessly lifted her up to a comfortable sitting position, after which she was able to stand up very easily. The alternative would have required a lot of muscle from a caregiver, because she doesn't have the strength in her legs or arms to lift herself up, or to even assist a caregiver. In any case, the chair proved to be extremely useful and easy to use. We've looked at purchasing a crane type device, which is designed specifically for lifting patients with a sling, but that thing was so bulky and it had a host of other space requirements. The big advantage of this chair lift is the fact that it's so compact, yet powerful and with a long travel that can make it lay flat on the floor. It works well for lifting patients off the floor, I highly recommend it. It's also very affordable compared to any available alternatives that I've seen on the market

I haven’t opened the box with the product completely - as I found a manual for the Vevor Bathtub Lift Model:JC35M3-1 rather than the Lift for Elderly ordered - I need to speak to an actual customer service agent as I am unable to complete the process for communication through your on line materials - Submit doesn’t activate

Deze stoel besteld omdat mijn moeder, die rolstoelpatiënte is, te helpen wanneer ze gevallen is. De minimum zithoogte van 7cm is nog te hoog en voor haar niet mogelijk om tot die hoogte recht te komen. Ik heb de vraag gesteld om de stoel te retourneren en een terugbetaling ervan. Alles zit netjes terug in de doos zoals ik ze heb open gedaan. Als antwoord krijg ik nu, je krijgt 30€ terug en de stoel mag je houden. Wat een malafide praktijken zijn dit?? Ik zou het heel graag hebben dat dit voor mijn moeder lukt, dit zou een redmiddel zijn in noodgevallen, die meer en meer voorvallen. Zij zijn intussen wel 300€ armer, maar met een stoel die ze niet kunnen gebruiken. Een schande!!!

The product is AWFUL and UN-useful. I cannot even pick it up it’s SO HEAVY. I WILL NEVER purchase ANYTHING from this company again, no matter the price!!!! BAD EXPERIENCE and NO refund. Nor shipping a return!!!!
